Good location but they didn’t provide toothpaste and toothbrush, since the hotel stay rates considered medium high range

I was staying in this hotel four days, I want to say thank you very much. Staff at front desk is very nice, friendly and very hospitality, and everyone can speak English. Very good service, clean room. Nice view.

If you get rooms facing the train tracks, it will be a quite noisy, even if you are on the upper floors. Depending on the room rate, it is still a great choice. Friendly staff and excellent location. Close to 2 big malls and the subway. Airport bus is just on the opposite side. LOTs to eat just cross the street.

Mesmerizing experience!! I loved this place so much! I stayed here for 1 week on the 15th floor with city view. View was great, room was good and spacious enough for two. Everyday we would come back to a clean room and fresh towels. I loved it so much. Id definitely come back here. In fact I already miss this place!! Loved it 🙌❤️
Their buffet breakfast was ok - when my sister and I went for it their fried rice was spoiled. Otherwise i enjoyed their cereals, juice, and toast.

Good location and friendly staff. Conveniently to metro station and also bus stop nearby. Have direct bus from airport to the hotel .

The room isn’t as spacious as it seemed. It was my girlfriend and I and we felt like we were both on top of each other. We both brought suitcases. Overall great location from the train station. We went to the Brent Faiyez concert, it was extremely close to the location. Enjoyed some night life afterwards. So major disappointment with the size of the room, but location made up for it.

I was check in this hotel about 3:50 pm on Saturday (01/06/2024) in that time it not many people and good Service
And then on 11;00 am of (01/07/2024) I was check out and keep my bag in this hotel ! Because booking a train on 4:45 pm
And I come back to hotel for pick up my bag on 3:50 pm and it so many people for waiting line for check in and check out but have a receptionist only 3 person in that time and very slowly working ! I waited for my bag from 3:50 pm until 4:30 pm and then I go to asking a receptionist that can you give my bag first because I’m booking a train on 4:45 pm ! And a receptionist it was mad to me and talking to me very bad in that time !
And that receptionist asking for my bag Tack and tell me to finding my bag by myself! And she not saying sorry or apologize to me ! I was first time for this hotel and I will not booking or recommend for another people to booking this hotel ! I have very bad feeling for this hotel !
