My experience was great: the hotel is quite modern and clean. The bed in my room was one of the most confortable I have been in the last years, and the cleaning service was fast an efficient. The best for me was the delicious breakfast, so I can recommend it. If I visit Seoul again, I'd book again in this hotel.

Rooms were spacious and very clean. Hotel staff was friendly. Close to sinsa and apgujeong for shopping. Highly recommend!

Overall stay was fine. Walking distance to Sinsa and Apqujeong area. Many eateries nearby. Though it’s not near from station, you can take bus to go to any part of Seoul.

Room is small but clean. Most staffs are helpful and nice, one guy I think he's the manager is a bit unfriendly, I may not understand Korean but I understand angry and annoyed gesture.
Booked this hotel because it locates near beauty clinic I went to.
Surrounding area was nice, many little shops to visit.

There is no connected TV but only Linear TV available.
Pillow is too soft and thin.
Satisfying hot water pressure in my shower.

Perfect place to stay when you’re just in Gangnam for a night. Breakfast was surprisingly good.

The beds were not clean and bed bugs caused itchy stings. The hotel also enforces an early check-in fee: even 30min before 3pm they will charge or send you away to come back later. Staff has no sense for hospitality. NEVER ever again!
