Excellent! Clean and spacious! Namsan view is awesome. Ask for high floor for panoramic view! Within short walking distance to the nearest subway station. There is a Starbucks very near to the hotel. There is also a convenient shop at the lobby level to get some toiletries, snacks and fruits. Coin operated washing machine and dryer is available at your own cost. Complimentary lockers to store your luggage up to 12 hrs.

Checked in after 3pm and there was a room with tub available and they allowed us to change. Check in was very seamless, housekeeping was very efficient and gave 2 bottles of water everyday. Rooms was cleaned well everyday. Gym and 18th floor was very nice. There's a GS25 within hotel lobby and plenty of bakery around if you need a quick bite. Love the place. It's about 600m walk to Myeongdong though or 1 metro station away. Can be quite inconvenient if you have huge shopping bags from Myeongdong. However it's very easy to get to the airport as there is a airport limousine bus stop within 5mins walk. Would consider staying at the main Nine Tree next time :)

Room: Clean and comfortable. Spacious enough to open two large luggages and 2 small carriers and still have plenty of space to walk. That’s the reason why I chose this hotel.
Breakfast food: Can eat twice or thrice but selection is not big so I don’t recommend to buy the room with the breakfast. Just purchase breakfast separately when needed because the smaller variety can get boring. Plus, there are restaurants everywhere around that open early.
Amenities: Everything except toothbrush and toothpaste. Some days they will replace the disposable room slippers and some days they forget.
Housekeeping: Doesn’t seem like they do much cleaning to the room while you are staying there. Maybe only after you check out. The sink and counter tops/table tops left untouched. Seems like they only change the bed sheets. Hopefully they vacuumed too.

Nine Tree Premier Myeongdong 2 boasts great amenities and a picturesque view of Namsan Tower, creating a lovely ambiance for couples. The rooms are adequately sized and stand out with their special 9 pillow selections, adding a unique touch to comfort. However, its location poses a slight inconvenience, as it's a 15-minute walk from the heart of Myeongdong. Despite this, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat with modern conveniences.

The location was very convenient esp if you plan to travel from ICN airport to Myeongdong by limo bus. The bus stop and subway station are also just a 5 min walk.
The room was also very nice and clean. The staff were good.
However, there was a construction site opposite the hotel. So I couldn't open the curtain because it was right there at your windows.

spacious room with working desk, at a good location near the airport bus stop and also walking distance to myeondong street, 3 convenient stores 1 inside and 2 outside, there's lockers and laundry room at b3 which is useful no need wear smelly clothes, ice, iced water, microwave and iron can be found at each level's pantry, downside are no mugs only paper cups and no aircon only heater in winter (a bit upset about it cos my busan hotel at a lower class got mugs and aircon)

This is the view I had when I arrived and when I woke up. Right at the foot of the bed. The location is great. I was able to walk to amd from the market a few times in the day. I did walk all the way to Seoul Tower seen in the pics. I didnt time the walk because I was randomly walking in that direction, exploring. The busy map was day 2, the chill map was day 1. I didnt use an app for directions I just used landmarks. Its easy 😅. The hotel desk ordered a taxi for me to get to Seoul Station. My room had a bath. Loved it. The wall is high so hang your towel, bathe, wrap up in towel, sit on tub wall and get out. Its safer. They have a corner store in the lobby for food, wine and beer.

Nice located hotel, a lot of cafes and restaurants around. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room with a nice view to Nam Sam Tower. Airport shuttle only a few minutes, not far away to walk (5min). Small supermarket inside the lobby.
Furniture standard, small bathroom.
