Accessible to the bus and subway lines, though a bit far from Myeongdong, if you are lazy to walk. Room is decent with daily room service.

This is my 2nd times at Kukdo. I’m very impressed and recommended. The location is very good that near by MRT Eunjiro 4-ga exit 10, just walk 2-3 mins (~1XX m.). And you can walk from the hotel to Gwangjang Market, Myeong-dong, and also Dongdaemun . I love it.!!!
From Incheon Airport, you can take an Airport limousine bus no.6015 (17,000 KRW) and bus will stop at the front of the hotel, no need to cross the road or else. And when you back to the Airport, you can wait the bus at same bus stop as when you arrived. It is vey very comfortable location.

It's the hotel where I try to stay every time I travel to Seoul.
The staff is very friendly and they speak several languages.
The room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable, cleanliness is good and the location is ideal. The bus stop to the airport is right in front of the hotel entrance and the metro station is very close. You can walk to Myeongdong or Gwangjang market

The hotel itself is very nice and worth the price. The area is very centralized and plenty of train and bus stops nearby, including a bus stop right in front of the hotel that takes you to the airport. Highly recommended!

Cleanliness:
Beds, Towels, toilet, floor are clean. Like the wooden ***** flooring than most hotels' carpeted. Trap less dust. Rooms are made everyday.
Location:
Near central, so moving ard using Metro is easy, especially a station is just 70m away. However, it seems that most of the eateries are not opened over the weekend there. We like it is almost near the middle stretch of Cheonggyecheon Stream, so we can walk either way to both ends which are near tourist areas cluster.
Amenities and fixtures:
Several F&Bs nearby (put closes early and on weekend). A big convenient store below hotel lobby, also a pharmacy. Room fixture is dated. Need upgrading.
Counter Service:
Pleasant, polite but no smile.
Overall is a good stay for 4Ns.

The hotel was very nice and definitely located around a lot of restaurants and close to the market. Mynonly take away is that I wish they had a better breakfast menu. Other than that everything was great!

Everything was perfect to us. We did travel via mass transit like airport bus and MRT. There is airport bus stop in fron of the hotel and also two MRT interchange stations in the distance.
Room was spacious for small families like us. Design was a bit old, but all the facilities were well maintained. Wifi and Internet TV signal were strong.
There is CVS like emart24 on the ground floor, that open til late at night.
This hotel will be in our top list for our next trip for sure.
