Great and prompt services (porter, request scale, book taxi). Convenient location right in front of ice skating. User friendly room facilities eg curtains, lights .soft pillows and bed had a great sleep!

We had an awesome stay at the The Plaza Seoul. The room however was a bit odd. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely visit again. Thank you.

It was next to Cityhall station and convenient if you are taking trains most of the time. The airport limousine stops right at the hotel and is good that we don’t have to lug the luggage to the AirPort Express. There was a ice skating rink just in front of the hotel when we were there.

The smallest 5 stars hotel rooms I have ever seen, but the location is fantastic as it’s right next to exit 6 of City Hall station and also underground mall 5-10 mins walking distance to 明洞 and 南大門市場。

amazing hotel with adorable Chris**as decorations, great location, the bus from aiport drop you in front of this hotel, very near subway, restaurants, room was confortable enough big for seoul, staff was friendly great service

Could be the best priced 5 star hotel in Seoul. Room was beautiful, big and absolutely quiet. Location is perfect 👍 recommend for business trips or shopping,
as it’s walking distance to all the best shops. You can also walk to several of the ancient palaces.
