Service staff (Jayden Park) was very unfriendly and unhelpful , when we asked him to point out to us , the location of the bus stop which would lead us to the airport limousine bus (to Incheon airport). We were very lost as tourists and did not know Korean language at all, and the need to know the exact bus stop point (in order not to miss our flight) is of utmost importance . The counter staff Jayden Park also gave us a very unwelcoming and unfriendly look when we insisted for his help to show us the bus stop location (which he reluctantly did after our many attempts , which was a very stressful experience for me as a tourist), it made me feel insecure and an immense upset feeling , totally unexpected for a five star Pullman hotel standard. Please review your counter staff performance . Not recommended for tourists.

The hotel staff are incredibly friendly, polite and helpful, they really make you feel like home at the hotel. The housekeeping attendant is meticulous, with high attention to details in her work and keep the room clean to the highest standard, never seen this in any of the other top rated hotels. Important to mention that both current and past Chinese leaders stayed in this establishment during their various visits to Korea. The services in this hotel are just top of the class.

My first time at Le Méridien Seoul , new hotel , 6 months old , super clean , great rooms facilities , good buffet breakfast , maybe a bit under staffed during rush hours but staff were very nice . Superb lounge at the 15 floor with very friendly and helpful staff special thanks to Mrs Sharon Kim and Mrs Rachael Kim for there valued help for restaurants and tips for side seen and shopping , Will go back for sure next time I will in Seoul !

The hotel is actually a bit old. I booked the cheapest room at the beginning. If you see that there is no large bathtub in the bedroom according to Ctrip, you probably shouldn’t choose it. The reasons are as follows: 1. Not in the main building, but in the spa building. 2. The floor is low and the light is not good. 3. You have to go to the main building for breakfast, although it is not far away. But the experience is not good. After staying for the first night, I changed the room the next day and said it was an upgrade. The upgrade fee given by the front desk was about RMB 3,000. Here I would like to praise Ctrip's online customer service, communicated directly to return the original room, and re-booked a better suite. After all, we are not short of these hundreds or thousands. The difference in experience is huge! Thank you customer service!

Excellent. The check-in and check out was quick and easy. Breakfast was abit expensive but quite good. The room was abit spacious, and clean. Location was about 6min slow walk away from DDP station. exit 12 lift. Location was walkable to Gwangjang market for food. Kudos to the cleanliness, location and amenities.

Stayed at the Lotte Executive Tower just after the holidays, in a Premier Double Room. Pros: - The entrance of the Executive Tower is absolutely beautiful. Same with the Main Tower. Elegant, refined, beautiful art work. The executive tower check-in desks are on the 15th floor. - Easy access by escalator directly into the Lotte Department Store (from where the escalator takes you to, hang a right to get to the famous food hall!) - Location can’t be beat. Directly across from Eujiro Station (1) and around the corner from Myeong-Dong Walking Street / Night Market and several 7-11s (which are almost as good as the 7-11s in Japan). - Our room was beautiful, spacious, thoughtfully designed and decorated. Very modern touches and upscale finishes. A chandelier in the bathroom?? - Immaculate housekeeping. - Excellent temperature and very strong water pressure in the shower! - Appreciate the 2 complimentary bottles of Evian every day. - Fast wifi speeds. Cons: - Love the Diptyque toiletries but wish they weren’t the communal / shared bottles. There were bits of dried lotion crusted on the pump from the previous occupant. - Weird that neither lobby had a single chair to sit on. What’s up with that? Comes off a bit inhospitable. This isn’t the type of place to attract non-guests / loiterers. A bench wouldn’t kill anyone! - For a 5* hotel and the price we’re paying, it’s disappointing that there is a surcharge should you need a toothbrush, toothpaste or use of the sauna (!!). They claim the charge for toothbrush and paste is to prevent wastage but surely you could just have these small items available upon request at the front desk? - The doormen’s manners range from formal and friendly (some) to indifferent (most) to downright hostile (many), especially if you are not a Korean speaker, as many don’t speak English. I’m not arrogant enough to think they should speak English in a non-English speaking country, but a smile is universal, you know? Would likely stay here again at the right price and given the location.

Service was inconsistent - sometimes the staff were really nice and friendly and other times they were plain rude and disrespectful to you. When I first entered my room the smell took me aback. It smelled like a mix of sweat and wet socks. The sheets were crumpled and weren’t super clean either. The bathtub had yellow stains which threw me off as I was looking forward to a midnight soak. Basic amenities were given, which was great. The housekeeping ladies were really sweet as well. It’s a 5 minute walking distance to the train station so location was not so bad. Sadly I don’t think I’d book again as it was not that worth for the price.

It's a good hotel on a budget. Has a very homely breakfast and water dispenser to fill up your bottles with ice and water. Also has robes to use as pyjamas. Very no frills. Don't expect service from the staff. We expected to be able to check in earlier when we reached if the room was available. We reached only about 15mins to our check in time but were told to wait at the lobby till 1600. I am not sure what the fixation is about for the check in time. If the room is available, then let the guest have it. First time we have experienced this in any country.

The walk from seoul station is not that near. Quite a long walk with direct underpass but flat surface. Take note the underpass only 6am-11pm only. Room was huge for 1 pax, you can even open 2 big luggages on the floor. Had the first guest floor which is on 20th floor, which is quite high already. Room was clean and pillow was soft. Iron only 1 in laundry room.

The hotel location is good, near the back door of Dongguo University, there are supermarkets and places to eat nearby, the subway station is not far, and it looks like a seven or eight minute walk. There are many foods near the subway station. The supermarket can buy milk and rice balls, which is very convenient. The twin room is very small, so no extra bed can be opened. The two suitcases can not be walked. In contrast, the bathroom is quite large. The room was adequately heated.

Walkway in room abit small but the room is worth the price considering a hotel a street away costs more than double but is about the same in terms or amenities and size. Could do better with cleanliness, some parts of toilet not fully dusted. Pillows are horribly soft, tried asking for extra but said there wasn’t any. Overall worth the price and very convenient.

The hygiene level of the hotel is very good, and the service attitude of the staff is kind. The hotel location is good, near the back door of Dongguo University, there are supermarkets and places to eat nearby, the subway station is not far, and it looks like a seven or eight minute walk. There are many foods near the subway station. The supermarket can buy milk and rice balls, which is very convenient. The twin room is very small, so no extra bed can be opened. The two suitcases can not be walked. In contrast, the bathroom is quite large. The room was adequately heated.

At first I was lost because there was no photo of the exterior and it was an alley that was difficult to understand. The hotel is on the 8th 〜 10th floor of an ordinary building. The elevator, front desk, room, corridor and shared space were all nice and clean. I was also happy that it had a washing machine. There are no bath towels and two small towels. However, I was saved because I could borrow towels many times from the front desk. I stayed alone in a bunk bed room for two people, but I think it would have been hard for two people. There was a big carry case, so it was perfect for one person. The staff was kind and had a good impression. The location was good about 3 minutes from Exit 7 of Chubuji Station, so I want to repeat it.

The hotel did not use and used the breakfast buffet here. It's 8800 won, probably the cheapest hotel in Seoul. I went around 8:30, but there were few guests, so one person was in charge of the kitchen and the Casher at the same time. Egg dishes are instant, but the food was a bit poor, but it was not bad because you could eat unlimited coffee for 8800 won, some bread types, porridge, salad, etc. There is a rooftop garden on the 13th floor, and it is said that you can deliver it when you order at the cafe on the first floor.
