Ratxó Retreat Hotel, Member of Meliá Collection

Luxury hotel nestled within the mountains, absolutely perfect spot for our honeymoon. The service team made the stay that much better, paying attention to every single detail. The pool and spa facilities were tremendous. Highly recommend if you’re looking to completely unwind.

I went there from London with 5 of my best friends to celebrate my birthday. I couldn't have chosen a better place!!! The whole team at the hotel are first of all very friendly making us feel at home but also very helpful. Nicolas, the general manager is doing a great job putting this team together. Maria your smile is contagious, Luis, Daniel, Federica, Pedro, Juan Carlos and Julia were always ready to make our experience a special one. The chef and sous chef were cooking delicious food, always well presented, with an extra touch. The hotel team as a whole was the best one I ever came across through my travels around the world!

A €50 taxi will bring you from Palma airport, to Paradise. Nestled in the northwestern corner of Mallorca in the ‘mountains’, Ratxó is a beautifully crafted space; place to breathe. The kitchen made a BBQ feel like a Michelin experience and the service, is simply incredible. During my stay, special thanks to Lluis, Carlos, Juan-Carlos, Nicolas & Maria. Your warmth, grace, impeccable no-stuffiness service - is rare; and is a joy. If you’re thinking of a pause, a stop or finding some peace - don’t hesitate. Run fast to this incredible, almost dream.

We were treated — with kindness, with luxury, with nature, with upgrades, with solution based thinking, with recommendations, with smiles, with a great breakfast. We booked a junior suite and eventually moved into the owners suite, for it suited what we were looking for best. Every evening we found yummy high quality treats from fruits, to local ham and cheese, wines, you name it. The breakfast was holistic and healthy, rich and friendly, situated on a beautiful terrace amidst lush nature. We explored the island to always come back to this garden of serenity and peace. Furniture and all bed linens are of natural materials, which is so rare these days. The pool area, the spa, all so well taken care of equipped, with beautiful design and in a Mallorcan style. At the end we were even asked, what the hotel could do better …. I mean that is hospitality. And for a great price, compared to most. We will recommend the place and maybe even return one day, when returning to the island. — Muchas Gracias to the entire team. —

Lovely, friendly hotel located in a beautiful setting The staff are very helpful and friendly. The food is fresh, tasty and of a high quality Near to Puigpunyent it is well placed for trips out to Deia, Valdemossa and Palma. Highly recommend

We had an amazing stay at Ratxó : the site itself is astonishing embedded in pure nature, one feels going back in silent and tranquil time , the service for a five star hotel is not ostentatious but like joining a family, the swimming pool is a dream and the global environment is such that you feel anchored to mountains and trees.

A beautiful hotel and perfect if you need to get away from it all and totally switch off. Beauty can be found at every turn. The warmest of welcomes at our late arrival after 10pm although I wouldn't recommend driving there so late in the darkness as the road is quite tricky, but a great night sleep in the comfiest of beds, crisp white linen and amazing pillows was just what was needed. A calming meditation from Claudia and her magnetic energy on the spa terrace followed the next morning making for a perfect start to any day surrounded by the spectacular scenery. And a late lazy lunch with Lluigi one of 3 resident peacocks rounded off an exquisite start to our trip here in Majorca. The staff are warm and engaging from reception to the general manager. We will be back.

Strong nature identity which bring you in paradise. The staff is dedicated to create you a unique experience, they are totally involve in what they do for your happiness. You are deep in the “wild” which give you a feeling of freedom. First time but not last.

We spent one night and we felt literally renewed! We noticed good vibes and the best of all: the staff was really nice and all facilities fit perfectly with the surroundings.
