Very very near to servalle outlet. Beautiful place to stay. Wake up and seeing nice villa with green grassland next to a golf course. Room and toilet are big, cozy and clean. Staff are very helpful. Easy self parking at the Carpark next to villa. The only thing I need to say is the cappuccino at their restaurant in the evening which I believe they made it wrong and should have it returned. Anyway their tasting menu is good and worth to try.

Loved every minute of staying in this hotel. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. They were welcoming, friendly and made sure our stay was perfect, this is what made the hotel special for us. The hotel is in a quiet location and sleeping was not an issue. We’ll definitely come back at some point and would highly recommend to anyone that wants to stay in Italy.

No no no for this place. Only the receptionists were so kind. I’m so sorry for the Hotel Managing Director - a very unpolite person. We stayed for a week end and also for a wine event, but no one controlled our green pass. No advice for this place.

Amazing experience at this romantic vintage style hotel. Original high quality finish, marmer bathroom, gold plated faucets. This is how the past rich lived! Service is great throughout, starting with a warm welcome from the two ladies at the reception. Got a free upgrade to a junior suite, which was great considering we did a last minute reservation after shopping at the huge outlet just 5 minute drive away. The hotel includes a restaurant for dinner, great chef and beautiful plating etc. Again,m, with perfect service special thanks to Waldo. The hotel is on a hill overlooking the valley and their own wineyard (i recommend their sparkling wine). Superclean room as well with lots of amenities. I will come back for sure.

Sono stato qui in occasione di un evento con amici, il posto è decisamente carino, è ben ubiacato con una bella vista sul territorio circostante. Abbiamo preso un aperitivo in terrazza, e poi ci siamo spostati a tavole, il servizio buono ma le pietanze discrete in particolare il pesce al nostro tavolo ci è stato servito mezzo crudo, contestato il fatto ci è stato ritirato e cotto nuovamente peccato che non mi sia arrivato lo stesso trancio che mi era stato ririrato. forse non adatto ad eventi di gruppi. Da riprovare perchè il locale merita.

Questa sera abbiamo deciso di visitare questa struttura Non sapevamo se fare un aperitivo o cenare Siamo stati accolti con grande educazione da un signore molto elegante ed educato Ci ha proposto più soluzioni ed abbiamo optato per un aperitivo sulla terrazza panoramica Ottime le liste degli aperitivi e degli accompagnamenti Abbiamo iniziato con due calici di vino e una focaccia con i gamberi per poi continuare con due tartare deliziose Successivamente il responsabile di sala, signor Mauro ci ha consigliato un dolce in abbinamento a sigari e rum Strepitoso Complimenti per la passione e la professionalità Torneremo sicuramente anche perché il rapporto qualità prezzo è molto valido

Halte sur la route pour la Toscane, nous avons été tantôt surpris en bien tantôt déçu. Un accueil neutre mais agréable. Un niveau d'anglais correct. Une visite de la chambre bien trop sommaire. On aurait pu nous indiquer à quoi sert cette cordelette dans la douche et la baignoire. Il manque d'informations sur l'hôtel dans la chambre. Les jardins sont grands, d'immenses arbres ombragent convenablement les lieux. Un bosquet de roses au pied des escaliers est désespérément le seul sol massif floral de tout le parc. C'est vraiment dommage. Il y a tellement de façon de rendre cet endroit plus beau. Mais je gage qu'ils le feront au fils des ans. La chambre est correcte. La salle de bain de style très ancien gagnerait à n'avoir qu'une baignoire ou une douche mais pas les 2 car la douche s'en trouve minuscule, calée derrière la porte. Le restaurant possède une terrasse extérieure très charmante. Surplombant la cour et son gazon trop seul. La carte est courte. Les plats se veulent compliqué. Mais manque de goût, d'épices et de générosité. Côté service, on sent une réelle envie de bien faire. De se montrer à la hauteur du lieu et de ses prétentions. Mais partout l'amateurisme ressort. L'ensemble me fait dire que l’établissement n'est pas tenu depuis 30ans par les mêmes personnes. Ils ont besoin de se faire la main, De se rôder. Ainsi un jour ils pourront prétendre à offrir ce que le lieux semble mériter du haut des prix élevés (mais sans excès) pratiqués. Une adresse agréable pour une nuit, j'y retournerai volontiers dans quelques années pour voir les améliorations.
