We had an exceptional stay at the hotel.We were upgraded and treated with great respect and kindness.The hotel was delightful and we loved the variety of art.The staff marked my daughters birthday with a cake and sang too! Fantastic! The gardens are beautiful..We loved the pool area and the Jasmine walk.We were offered a special rate for a massage/spa and this was very special indeed!
I want to thank the staff for making our visit so very delightful and my daughters Birthday such a memorable experience! Ì

Tolles Hotel in altehrwürdigem Ambiente. Zimmer schön und groß.
Ruhig Atmosphäre und sehr gepflegt
Sehr gutes Essen (leider im Moment keine Michelin-Küche möglich, warum eigentlich?)
Service im Restaurant hat Timing-Manko.
Sehr zentrale Lage des Hotels zwischen Verona und dem Gardasee mit Hotel-shuttle nach Verona-centro

Amazing hotel with incredible Art collection. Staff were courteous and welcoming at all times. Special mention goes to Christina. She greeted us warmly, with a smile every morning. Pool area is beautiful. Rooms are definitely different than we have ever experienced, each is decorated differently, with colour and art. Highly recommend a visit. The hotel has shuttles to Verona every hour. Very easy to visit downtown and return to the hotel.

Byblos Art Hotel is an excellent Hotel. It is a very Unique Beautiful Hotel. The Art & Designs in the Lobby and Hallways are very Cool. The Rooms are really nice and roomy. Bathroom is roomy. The Pool area and outside restaurant is very nice. The Scenery is beautiful. They have a Shuttle into Town of Verona that is very convenient and the Drivers are very nice. It is close to the Wineries. The Entire Staff was Super helpful and nice especially the Front Desk Ladies. The Breakfast was very good and the Team were very nice and accommodating, I would definitely only stay there again if visiting Verona. I highly recommend this Terrific Hotel. Thank you for making our 50th Anniversary Trip Special.

The hotel is amazingly beautiful , both the interior and the gardens around. Outstanding Art Collection. The hospitality, and service of all the staff was welcoming, generous , efficient , and friendly. It seems that all were doing their best , and more, to understand and take care of our needs, wishes and wellbeing. Breakfast was gorgeous in a glass hall. We enjoyed to use the shuttle to the Palexpo and to Verona center. Our junior suit was very attractive and even spoiling. In short, an attractive high quality jewel in the already attractive Valpolicela area. Orna and Moshe Tzue

The AC was broken and the staff still put us in the room. We got conflicting information on how long the AC was down. We switched rooms; however, the AC still did not work until our last day. We heard other guests had the same complaint. There were no apologies, only a bottle of wine sent to our room. The property is beautiful and the restaurant to very good. I would not stay here again as the front desk service was not helpful and condescending when we asked why they would put us in a room that they knew that the AC was broken. This is not a 5 star property.

Wonderful hotel just outside Verona. Totally independently minded with great modern artwork and wacky corridors. Combined with a lovely Italian garden, quiet pool area and fantastic staff, what's not to like? Courtesy shuttle bus to Verona every hour by appointment makes it very easy to enjoy the city whilst staying in the vineyards and country side of Negrar di Valpolicella. Even has its own family of chickens roaming the estate.
