Hotel Plaza

Experiencia bastante mala que no repertiemos. La habitación es una pequeña ratonera con una ventana que daba a un patio interior que en nada se parecía a las fotografias expuestas en la web. Al llegar nos recibe la conserje que fue muy amable en todo momento pero nos avisó que el ascensor estaba estropeado justo desde ayer, una pena que la habitación nuestra estaba en el último piso planta 5. los técnicos no aparecieron así que toda la estancia de dos días haciendo escaleras arriba, escaleras abajo...un sufrimientos con las maletas. Y para terminar de arreglar el tema....tal cual abrimos la puerta de la habitación un golpe de olor horrible a desagüe nos golpeó en toda la cara. Horrible cada vez que entrábamos así que tuvimos que comprar incienso para las dos estancias y poder permanecer en la habitación...así que imaginad en el cuarto de baño. Lo único positivo es que la ubicación es buenas al estar en el centro mismo. Por cierto, no hay aparcamiento asociado al hotel con lo cual se tiene que dejar el vehículo en el aparcamiento privado que hay en frente del hotel y te cuesta por encima de los 25 euros el día...recomiendo aparcar el coche por la zona de la Plaza de España para ahorr**** el parking ya que la zona centro es imposible encontrar aparcamiento gratuito por ser zona de residentes. Resumiendo, habitación doble no apta para estómagos sensibles, no recomendable este hotel ni siquiera por el precio.

Su ubicación es excelente. Pagamos por habitación con ventana y bueno, ventana tiene pero está en oblicua en la habitación y da a un aire acondicionado…cuando entramos en la habitación, la puerta prácticamente daba con la cama. El tamaño de la misma es ínfimo. El baño está bien de dimensiones pero el fregadero no tragaba. No se oían ruidos del exterior pero sí todas las conversaciones que sucedían en el pasillo. El guardamaletas, es un baño adaptado apilado de maletas, tuvimos que hacer contorsionismo para cogerla. He estado en otro hotel de características similares y nada que ver. No repetiría

Small Room but clean , smelled good but the shower head did not stay on and there was a mildew smell after a day.. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Other people slammed doors alot and were very loud. Good for location,clean towels and bedding. Cozy space for two. Bed was comfortable, soft linens. Overall it was a pleasant place to spend a few days. Again front desk was very nice and helpful. Happy face to see & talk to.

The doors are all operated by code and we had to call the receptionist to get the outside door code. To be fair, we had been traveling from the US for the better part of 24 hours and did not respond to the email we received, and I assume they would have sent the code at that time. Luckily one of the girls in our group speaks Spanish so she handled the call. The elevator was broke (I highly suspect it has been broke and will be broke- I would just plan on it being broke). So, we lugged our luggage (4 girls on a week long international vacation) up 4 flights of stairs. One room had a very odd smell. No windows. Small. Overall it was just basic. Had the elevator been working, I think we would have just shrugged the room off as a good price in a good location, but after our hike up the stairs, we admittedly had a gray attitude about everything else.

Great location in the Center of Sevilla. But there es only sometimes staff at the reception. Cleaning was so-so. BUT there was an annoying smell in the room that did NOT come from the bathroom (which was OK). I heard a lot of noise, from the inside as well as from the outside of the hotel. The Walls theme to be made of paper. I would NOT book this hotel again.

No hassle in check in and check out, all we needed was a code to get in the property and same for the room, property was clean and location was beautiful, the only area to improve was in the size of bed it was definitely not for 2 people and pillows were short in size and too thick for my liking.

Very dirty room, with even sewage smells in the room. The room was never cleaned or the linen changed during our stay.

Check in was completely automated. Read the confirmation email exactly (in Spanish only). Drains in sink and bathtub did not have P-traps, so sewage gas quickly fills room if you do not plug them. Cleanliness was ok, location was excellent. Easy walking to everywhere. Room was small and poorly insulated (loud). Was ok for the money but not sure if I would stay again.
