Singular Corral de San Jose

Anyone thinking of booking these apar**ents: beware, all is not all as it seems. You may be tempted, as I was, by beautiful photos of a particular apar**ent as specified when you book, only to find that when you arrive, you are given a completely different apar**ent, or one in a different property altogether. The alternative inferior apar**ents being offered are not shown on their website. Nor anywhere else on the booking portals they use. With good reason - they're awful! Other reviewers have complained about this, but the responses given here by SingularApar**ents, are wholly inadequate in justifying, or excusing why they are doing this. You may be lucky enough to be allocated the apar**ent you booked and paid for, but you certainly can't rely on it. Because it would appear that there's a deliberate attempt to mislead prospective guests, by falsely representing what's available - and withholding vital information which should be given at the time of booking. Obviously, this policy can lead to double booking and disappointed guests. This is what happened to us. Our booking was made based on the photographs provided, which were clearly advertising a specific 'Penthouse' apar**ent, with private terraces. But Singular Apar**ents had inexplicably allocated this apar**ent to two separate bookings: ours - and the guests who were already in it when we arrived. This would perhaps be more acceptable if they were offering multiple rooms in the same category, but they weren't. And that's what makes this so completely unacceptable. It's such a shame, because we've stayed here before, in a lovely apar**ent by the courtyard - (that time, in the actual apar**ent we'd booked) And I would've returned. I even left a positive review in support of Corral de San Jose, here on TripAdvisor. However, to say that my last visit was utterly disappointing, would be an understatement. I felt like we'd been cleverly conned. I just can't understand why a previously reputable company would start using such underhanded and dubious practices. It just doesn't make sense. Due to my negative experience, I would recommend avoiding Singular Apar**ents completely. There's plenty of great accommodation available in Seville, most of it being offered by more reliable and trustworthy renters.

We booked a penthouse apar**ent with private terrace and were not disappointed. Online check in was easy and instructions on how to enter the apar**ent were delivered promptly. The apar**ent was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The private terrace was wonderful and much bigger than we’d imagined. The apar**ent building is very conveniently located, a couple of minutes walk from the cathedral / Alcazar and other places of interest. Our apar**ent was very quiet despite it’s central location. The airport bus stop at Torre del Oro is just ten mins easy walk away. There is a mini supermarket just around the corner which stocks most things needed for a short stay including fresh bread and fruit / veg. We really wished we had longer staying here and would definitely book again.

Ci siamo trovati al centro di Siviglia a due passi dalla Cattedrale e non poteva essere meglio. Gli appartamenti puliti ed attrezzati di tutto il necessario, un supermercato alle spalle della struttura ci è stato molto comodo. Unica pecca pochi i prodotti da toilette che ci sono stati lasciati per 3 giorni, ma a questo si può ovviare. Sicuramente da consigliare agli amici.

Además de una limpieza impecable, destaco, particularmente, los excelentes servicios del equipo de administración, lo que me permitió recuperar en muy breve plazo los efectos olvidados a la salida del apartamento.

Emplacement numero 1! A 10 mètres de la cathédrale de seville a 150 mètres des jardins de l'Alcazar et 4 minutes des Arenes! Ideal C'est propre et l'accueil est top! Réponses a tous mes Messages et questions en moins de 2 heures ! Bravo !! Et mercoi Nous reviendrons

Está muy céntrico. La catedral se encuentra a escasos metros y hay varios supermercados próximos. El apartamento muy limpio, bien decorado y con todos los utensilios necesarios para pasar unos días de vacaciones. El trato del personal muy bueno, se preocupan en todo momento por los clientes. Un fallo: la bajera del sofá cama estaba sucia.
