방도 깔끔하고 좋았어요. 방 찾는게 좀 어렵긴 했지만 그 외 모두 좋았습니다. 직원분들도 친절하시구요.

The check in was a nightmare. You need access code for door and room. This worked fine once
I received it but did not receive it or my room number as other in my group did. There is no receptionists so if someone in our group hadn't had a bad fall that required someone from hotel to come I don't know how we would have got in. Others in our group had similar problems with checkin. The area was very good, safe and close to everything. The room itself was great. The shower was wonderful and bed was comfortable. A place to sit would have been nice.
The lady that helped my friend, a receptionist from another hotel of this Welldone family went above to help with the hospital and doctors.she stayed with her for several hours and helped translate.she is an emplyee worth her weight in gold.

We loved our room. It was perfect for the two of us, the little kitchenette was perfect for making a little breakfast and lots of coffee and tea. The shower was amazing. Great location.
The receptionist gave us some amazing recommendations for tapas bars, La Gorda de las Setas was so good we went twice.
Very little negative to say. The towels were a little short but it hardly a huge issue. The shower door needed a little maintenance but it looked more like general wear and tear.

The property is very basic, and felt run down. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way, there was trash left in the room, ir was not well organized. The location is great, but the room is very basic and felt like staying in someone’s basement.

This place is in a very good location. It is around the corner from everything. Around the corner are all the restaurants you may want to est at. You are in front of the cathedral and the alcazar! With all that said, the room we stayed at was not clean. The bathroom especially was not clean. There was mold like particles that fell off the wall while showering and there was cockroaches. When asked to clean the bathroom it seemed like maybe they cleaned but not really because there was still stuff on the floor that was not swept up. The location is wonderful but not worth the dirty bathroom!

Our stay was fabulously good great apartment and Location . Staff went above to make us welcome so
friendly knowledgeable and really enhanced our stay . Definitely will return just a great expierance

Great apartment very central to all the attractions.
However the biggest issue is the lift to the apartment is temperamental
In a 3 day stay we got trapped in the lift once - the alarm company spoke Spanish with very broken English.
It took around half an hour to be released from the lift which malfunctioned due to a broken light in the apartment which trapped a door open.
Upon trying to leave at the end of our stay we were again trapped in the apartment when the lift failed to operate, there are stairs but a security door to the apartment was locked from the outside so we could not leave.
This has overshadowed our stay bit does need stating.
The hotel manager refused to a accept we were trapped.
To me a huge fire safety issue being stuck on the 3rd floor with no means of escape.
For this we would not recommend this accommodation

Location is brilliant and the jacuzzi penthouse room was well worth it. Room was clean and had everything you’d need for your stay.
