Always a great experience and lots of fun. Food places, gas stations, etc in walking distance and target, walmart and ****** all within 8 miles. We dont normally get the breakfast, but when we can it is very good and a variety! Staff is also wonderful and friendly.

The kids loved the waterslide/pool. There was hardly ever towels though. The room door didn’t latch right and we came back to our door open twice. The ceiling in the bathroom leaked when someone was showering upstairs. The bed linens had stains. The entire feel of the property was aged and worn- poor patching/painting on walls, light fixtures in room that didn’t work, WiFi didn’t work, tv remote didn’t work. There were a lot of unattended children in the pool area and when this was brought up to staff, there was not a response/action. Overall wouldn’t recommend this hotel-but it was budget priced, so expectations weren’t too high.

Very disappointed. I accidentally booked at 10pm and couldn’t get my money back. Trying everything in my power to do so. Couldn’t get through to the front desk and couldn’t. ******* also tried and filed a claim and still I didn’t get a refund, even tho I’m 4 1/2 hours away…

The place is really run down. If it didn't have the pool with slides nobody would stay here. Because they have the pool, I feel they don't really care about the property. People will come and stay anyway. We will not go back.

The pool for the littles was freezing, my daughter was purple within minutes. Went to give my kids a quick bath after swimming and the inside of the tub was falling off and chunks of tub were in the little bit of water that went into the tub, so they didn’t get a bath after swimming. Definitely won’t ever be returning back to this hotel!

The syite that i got was dirty upon arrival. The jacuzzi was full of hair and had broken pieces. The bathtub was peeling very badly and the hot water did not work. The toilet seat was rough and bumpy to the touch and was also peeling. There was brown stains on the bathrom wall behind the toilet. The mirrors were filthy and not wiped down at all. Im very dissatisfied

The room is very modern - looks nice. We had a blast at the pool with fun on the water slide. Could use some simple maintenance like ensuring the blow dryer is fully screwed into wall, tightening screws on the bathroom door knob before it falls off, and making sure the bathroom fan works.

Pool area was fun for the kids, but at the cost of filthy rooms. Didn't listen to the reviews about the rooms being dirty, as I used to come here every year for maybe 15 year until the last 4 years or so, and cleanliness was not as issue, until now. Had then come up and change our sheets and vacuum the floors.

We had a jacuzzi room suite and we couldn't even use it. We had no hot water. It would get warm for a little while then turn cold. We mentioned it to the staff working and they had maintenance check on it. On our last night, we had a little more hot water but it ran out quickly. Evening and morning showers were freezing. Everything else was perfect. The staff was polite. It was clean. The pool was great. I hate to give it a low rating but cold showers are not fun and paying extra for a jacuzzi tub that we couldn't really use is frustrating.
