We spent 1 week in Shems during the Cuba in Tunisia Festival and we absolutely loved it. The fact that's it's a village of Bungalows and not a huge building is really nice and give some feeling of privacy. The Bungalows were well equipped and very clean. Cleaning lady comes everyday to make and wipe the room. Towels were changed almost every day. The main restaurants were very good, staff was always helpful and friendly, great food variety and compared to other hotels the food taste was good. At the beach there was always someone cleaning the beach from algues and providing mats to the guests. The drinks part of the all inclusive offer were not good, but one could pay for a better quality drink though this was a bit expensive. All in all pleasant stay and we would highly recommend!

Hôtel chams holiday it’s very great hôtel and so comfortable i came it for the first time and i love it so much, the activities it’s so funny and all les animateurs do there jobs at a great way especially MAGI it’s a loved person, the restaurant so clean and the food so delicious , the animation so movement . Actually I’m in love with this hotel

Great housekeeping,people in the restaurant are super nice. Place is very clean. I spent a week during salsa festival and I am more than happy to recommend this place. There is no cash machine! Pool areas are awesome. PS. Looks better than on the photos.

We were at festival "Cuba in Tunisia". Everything is great, food, view, beach and people are extra nice! Palms and nature are all around the hotel. Internet could be better. All inclusive bracelets are making everything easier. Thanks Wonderful !!!

Our first time in Tunisia and it was our best vacation so far. Kind and friendly people (animators Magui and Ach especially), perfect food and the service was excellent. You can find here everything you need from activities with the animators like dancing, table tennis, petanque to the adrenalin water sports at the beach. If you want to relax, there are lot of nice places also. Thank you very much!🙏❤️

we were here for a week and it was very nice, the food was bombastic and the program from the animators as well, it was fun and the daily program and what to do too. drinks and entertainment were great, the beaches were clean and the sea was excellent. The weather was great and we were very happy here. we will definitely be back.

The hotel is very good and of a very good servisem. The staff is really very nice, from the animators, waiters, receptionists and other staff. The animation program for children is a great. Mini club and mini disco is for every day. The Beach are clear.

The concept of the village is very nice. It gives you a feeling of feeling at home and well maintained by the staff. One can find good food, quality time with your family and plenty of kid’s activities. I highly recommend it! Coming back again :)
