This hotel is the worst stay during my trip in Shanghai The bath towel had torn . Toilet is smelly .toilet no air ventilation. Only good thing is the location . Very easy to travel around. 南京步行街 just near by .

Worse hotel I ever have in my life.
Located at the local back lane with poor sound proof window, very loisy. Midnight 4am has lorry loading stock to nearby restaurants, lots of motorbike passing around....
Front counter staffs not friendly and welcome at all, compared to the previous hotel I stayed at shanghai, this is very disappointing. When I checked in, over heard other guests with sour face not willing to provide review as well when requested, instead giving excuses on site of phone running out of battery.
Hotel WiFi not openly provided in the room, instead needs to ask the front desk and provide your own phone for them to key in the password for you, considered not convenient with frontdesk face of unwillingness. Night shift front desk's face is even worst, giving the impression that the guests are it welcome at all.

Good location nearby Nanning Road walkway and Metro Station.
Room is clean and match with 1-2 traveler as Friends or Solo traveler, Rest room is well suitable.
No Air Condition supply In winter. By the way, I request small fan support from staffs.
No Breakfast service but there are good locations to find local food all days.

Front desk staff on Jan 2, 2025 was very very helpful. Without her getting us a large van to Shanghai Station, we would have missed train to Nanjing. Million thanks to her services. Thank you!

Stayed here for a night during a layover and it definitely exceeded my expectations! It's in a convenient spot right by the Nanjing Rd Pedestrian Mall, check-in and check-out were really swift and easy. Everything was smooth and hassle-free—would definitely stay again!

Location is very strategic. Less than 10 minutes to the Bund, Pop Mart Global store, M&M stores (2 minutes away). Nanjing pedestrian street just a few steps away from the hotel. Try the crab roe Xiao Long Bao in the restaurant right next to the hotel. Delicious 😋
The staffs were nice and kind, our flight was delayed to a few hours and they granted us late checkout. Thank you, recommend and will stay again if I visit Shanghai next time. Many eateries around, give it a try the Shanghai breakfast meals.

The hotel room for two single beds is very small. One of the bed is located very close and just beside the toilet. The toilet door was designed without any door lock and so you unable to lock the door from inside. Also, the toilet door which is a sliding type cannot be fully closed. You can imagine the smell from the toilet to leak out and spread to the whole room. The only good point about the hotel is its location that you can easily access to the shopping streets and Metro station.
