The cleaners were quite loud while working, and the room insulation is poor, allowing you to hear everything happening around you. For a hotel in this price range, I expected better soundproofing solutions. While the service and room quality are typically excellent, I believe these issues should be addressed to provide a better experience

Location excellent. Breakfast far away from Kempinski level. Eating better outside = no value for money! Rooms old style and could be cleaner in some “corners”. Membership level not considered.
