It was a nice hotel to stay, close to the train station and walking distance to a lot of local shops and restaurants. The hotel entrance is a bit inconvenient to get to, but someone was at the entrance to help us with carrying the suitcases to the lift. The reception is on the 6th floor. There are laundromat available and you can rent vinyls to your room, just need to pay the deposit. The room is spacious and has everything we need. The bed was comfortable, I personally don't like soft beds and it was perfectly fine. The staff doesn't speak English at all but they were helpful and we managed to communicate with them with just google translate. We also like that their checkout time is later than most hotels and we also get to leave our suitcases there to explore more of the city before our departure.

The bed was clean, towels were fresh and everything worked fine.
The only problem I had was the room smelled of cigarettes. I complained and a staff sprayed some air-fresheners but didn’t last long.
Overall it wasn’t a bad stay and the staff were nice.

Fantastic hotel. The staff were very helpful when we had an issue getting an OTP for our international card. The room was spotless in a brilliant location. Metro lines 1 and 7 are around the corner and it is within walking distance to plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping. The breakfast is excellent - don't miss out on the freshly made noodles. I would recommend this to anyone staying in Shanghai.

Room is good, but too small. Anyway it is sufficient for solo business travelers.
