Yabuli Lucheng Snow View Apartment

Just book this place already! You don’t need to look any further. AMAZING!!! As foreigners, traveling in China can be challenging but Sandy made our trip so much easier! She is a wonderful host that accommodated all our needs with a smile! She arranged a taxi for us that picked us op from the train station and took us straight to the apartment. We traveled during Chinese New Year which can be hard with getting a taxi and getting restaurants that are open. We had a delicious meal at the restaurant right next to the apartment and could watch all the people ski and have fun on the slopes! We arrived earlier than check in but Sandy assisted us so that we could change into our ski clothes and helped us to get a coach for our ski lesson, all the equipment and ski passes. After our wonderful time on the slopes, she took us to a hot springs! She took photos, translated and arranged all tickets needed. She surpasses all expectations when considering the service! The room was spacious, clean and had a wonderful view! The room was warm and had enough blankets that made the stay very comfortable! My only recommendation would be to provide drinking water in the room. The stay at Lucheng Apartments made our whole Yabuli experience amazing and we can’t wait to come back again! 是一次非常愉快的入住體驗。接待我們的人是董姐，她是一個非常熱情的人。她提前了很多天就打電話給我，跟我確認了入住的訊息。在我到達的那一天，她也打電話問我到哪兒了，需不需要來接？當我到達酒店樓下的時候，她已經在大堂等我了，帶我去辦理入住，給我介紹酒店裡的餐廳，美食街還有滑雪場。房間特別漂亮，正對着雪場，拉開窗簾就能看到索道，景色特別美。董姐很好心得給我們頭盔，眼鏡還有可愛的護具。第二天去滑雪，董姐很早就在酒店大廳等我們了，幫我們去辦理雪卡，還細心得教我們滑雪的一些技能。本來我們衹有一份雪票。董姐也給我們送了兩份雪票。下午我們去滑額外的中級道的時候，董姐給了我們優惠價的滑雪票，還叮囑我們買了保險，滑的時候一定要注意安全。每次滑完雪，董姐都會來接我們，幫我們拿裝備。當我們有一些關於出行的問題的時候，董姐也會很耐心，很詳細的給我們解答。 儘管入住期間有一個小插曲，但是董姐也給我們很快地解決了。總之我覺得這家店很不錯。
