Tui Magic Life Sharm El Shiekh

This was our 7th visit to the hotel,and we return because of the level of service we receive. The newly refurbished rooms are nice and the addition of the waterpark is a bonus. There is still work going on to complete the refurbishment but it is not noisy or intrusive.

We had a very good experience in redsina iberotel everything was perfect .... We enjoy bar service and food and activities ... Special requests to all the staff hotel and all the managers and the animation team ... We ll come back soon hope we ll see our best girl Rym again ,,

We were a group of 50 people and went to tennis and beachtennis camp in Feb 2024. Hotel was under constructions, which first disturbed quit a bit because of the construction noise and dust. Also our group leader was not informed about it. Our room was supposed to be carged view, but actually was to the next plot which was just a dust field.. The staff in the restaurant was very nice and helpful and made us feel valued. Staff prepared tables for our group for every evening, which was really nice. Restaurant manager greeted every morning and made nice small talk. Food was suprisiny good compared to 6-7y ago when we last visited Egypt. Food was actually really good, good variety also, well prepared and nicely served. Beach tennis courts were nice. Tennis courts were not in good quality, really slippery and worn out. Should be renovated to get more tennis clients. Also maybe think about padel courts, but in that case 2 is minimum to get some groups. We have tried to contact the saled department later to organize a camp also in november, but all emails are unanswered..

Not long returned from my fourth visit to this beautiful hotel and I will continue to keep returning. The hotel has had a renovation which has made huge differences to an already beautiful hotel, the upgrade has just enhanced this peaceful place. The food choice is incredible at any time of the day. All the hotel team are friendly and couldn’t do more for you to ensure your stay is perfect. The animation team are incredible at keeping you entertained and create the most spectacular shows to enjoy every evening. 10/10 couldn’t of asked for a better stay. Thank you, can not wait to return.

Eslam buffet restaurant. Good service for 2 weeks. Always jolly 3. Musta beach staff 4. Mina beack bar brought us drinks every day 5. Mahmad Buffett 6. Cleaner room 17110 for all the swan towels on the bed Plus all staff in the Kitchens / cleaners working so hard A special mention to all the gardeners for keeping the grounds so good. To the management: All your staff are a credit to you and working so hard. We will be back again. Thanks for a brilliant holiday.

Great place, nice food, beautiful views. There are many activities you can join during the day or just chill at the private beach. Also you can enjoy different shows every night with professional dancers, aerialists and awesome artists like Oswaldo.

Just came back from vacation and loved every second of it! Being in this hotel feels like hanging out with your friends and family, everyone from cleaners to managers speak to you and are genuinely happy to see you. This is the kind of hotel that you want to come back to because of the staff, not to mention everything else is as well wonderful. TERRITORY - Hotel facilities are good, pool and gardens are huge and nice. The hotel is being renovated and aqua park is being built, but the construction works did not interrupt too much and we were not bothered with it. The hotel feels empty now as not all the rooms are renovated yet, but this made us very happy as we felt like we got it all to ourselves 😃. BEACH - The coral reef and its marine life is plentiful, there is so much to see under water, this is such a good place for snorkeling ( tip: you can buy a phone cover to make the underwater pictures for 1 dollar from the store across the hotel). Unfortunately the sea was “closed” for few days due to high winds, but even then we enjoyed the little lagoon close the sea shore with some fish there as well and naturally as everywhere you go - we made friends with beach security who were telling us about the octopus that lives nearby in shallow water and gave us suggestions where you can see most of the fish :P. They even organized little search party when we lost our beach shoes, was a nice touch! ROOMS - The rooms in block 17a are freshly renovated and are very clean and tidy, renovation adds a certain modern vibe, and the bed was very comfortable ( but pillows were slightly too high for my taste). I would like to thank cleaning staff for an outstanding job and especially Ahmed for creativeness - the towel sculptures left in your rooms are not new thing to see in Sharm, but this time I was surprised with something unusual, come visit the hotel and you will know what I am talking about :) RESTAURANTS and BARS - The restaurant was great with fine and varied food. We were happy to enjoy ice cream that was available in the restaurant during lunch time. The fresh beetroot, melon and lemon juices in the morning were a nice bonus. Overall the restaurant service was great – warm and familial, the staff are flying around the guests ensuring all needs are instantly attended to, they quickly learned our names and what we like, soon enough we were looking forward for dinners to chat and joke around with our new waiter friends. We want to give a special shoutout to Abanoub – who became our closest one – we miss you so much! Another shutout to Fereag and Amr who were as well were helpful and attentive. For Bar staff, we would like to thank Mr. Amgad, Phelo and 3 Muhammeds in the pool bar and as well Ashraf, Ahmed and Omar in the Terrace Bar – thank you all for amazing service, we all felt special and important. I think, generally, the staff in this hotel is the best I have ever seen anywhere. ENTERTAINMENT - I left the best and our favorite part for last. Where

We visited this hotel around 16 years ago(club magic life then) and remember the service being superb we were not disappointed nothing has changed the staff workers and management are so friendly and cannot do enough Eslam in the restaurant Ashraf on the terrace bar and Mo on pool bar just a few to mention Food was great with different selection each day went to the speciality restaurant food was amazing One of the highlights was the careokke on Sunday hosted by a brilliant compare where everyone had a go even a couple of the staff sang a fantastic night Apologies review a bit late but will definitely be back

Just spent two weeks at this hotel.cant fault it .brilliant hotel.staff excellent. Especially RYM from entertainment team.always smiling very friendly and helpful. And no 1 barman MINA from beach bar . Always making the best cocktails. Definitely will be back
