The service provided by the hotel was superb, everyone had a smile on their face and the facilities were excellent. Wonderful for families and children, beautiful settings and surroundings the pool was fabulous. Offers great value for money a truly memorable stay, Desi Info magazine London

Very simple amenities for a 5 star hotel. Basics like hand-wash and an iron was missing. Electrical sockets were not working. Didn't get acknowledgement or a smile from staff.
In the event of a serious health and safety incident, staff reaction was underwhelming.

航班到的很晚，所以臨時過渡一晚，酒店很大，海景房和花園房不在一個區域，預訂時沒有説明，導致接機司機送錯地點，不過酒店有兩個地點之間的接駁車，順利解決啦。酒店設施舊，房間衞生和布草、浴巾都不好。

We stayed in the sport Nice family hotel clean and all friendly staff. Very good service especially samy &.abdo Always willing to help. Great selection of food and drink pool bar very good. Overall very good hotel 5* from us, would definitely stay here again with family

Amazing Hotel , lovely staff , went above and beyond, good location , will visit again !!! Nothing was ever too much fell ill on the first day was treated like a queen really well looked after , from Managers to staff to chef all so so nice , well done !!!

This was the best vacation ever! We had the best service yet, the staff was so kind and friendly also very respectful. One night I stepped on something sharp and i was bleeding, this waiter people called him “doctor” came and helped me, he disinfected and everything, he also helped my mother get better since she could not talk, he would always bring her tea every morning and every evening. This was the best experience yet!! Food and drink was amazing we had no problems with it. We also had the best room service yet! Our room was always so clean and tidy. I felt so so comfortable there and i will definitely be coming back. I really recommend for families or couples!!! 🤩🤩

Very co-operative staff. Excellent help from reception staff Hesham. Got 6 hours delayed check out for free. Food was repetitive everyday including fruits. Less vegetarians options. But otherwise excellent stay. Very kids friendly. Excellent facilities.

Staff make this hotel they are brilliant excellent. Attia made sure our room was clean spotless . Nothing too much trouble. Very honest we left big box of cigarettes in our room he came and gave them to us when we had to change room due to extremely loud music from ignorant couple

The complex was renovated in 2011. The complex comprises a total of 725 accommodation units. Guests of the complex are welcomed in the lobby, which has a 24-hour reception and a 24-hour check-out service. The upper floors are easily accessible using the lift. Services such as a cloakroom, a safe and currency exchange facilities make for a comfortable stay. Internet access (for a fee) and wireless internet access (for a fee) are available in the public areas. Gastronomic options include a restaurant and a bar. Guests can visit the supermarket to purchase daily necessities. Shopping facilities are available. Children can have fun playing in the garden. Additional features of the complex include a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or car park. Additional services include a babysitting service, a childcare service, medical assistance, room service, a wake-up service, a laundry and a hairdressing salon. A shuttle service is offered.
