Stayed one very short night. Staff was friendly, room was clean and beds were fairly comfortable. The complementary breakfast had a great selection and the food was fresh. Would stay again when passing thru.

The stay was just ok. Good price. We have been staying here for years. Nice arrival day check in call. Easy check in early. Close to Shenandoah University. Getting more run down though. Outside trash running over and poor landscapping. Parking lot with big pot holes. Pool heater broken. 2 treadmills and 2 ellpiticals, all broken. Lobby men's run, 2 of 3 stalls out of order. Our door lock was very dented. It worked but a clear bad repair on a kick in. My honest biggest complaint is the loud noise every guest room door makes when closing. Very loud. You hear every door closure all night. Disruptive. Buyer beware. Breakfast was average. Check out easy. Friendly staff. It seems to declining and we may have to start to look elsewhere when coming to Shenandoah.

Staff was extremely friendly our room was spacious and clean. Cute sitting areas in the lobby, parking, many food options nearby. Convenient location.

The staff was amazing but the building was only ok. The pool had no heat and I only found out after getting my kids in the suits and taking them down to frigid water. I get that happens but when I mention traveling with kids you could tell me. The hallways had space heaters plugged in which was concerning. Again I get things happen but not ideal. Lastly the bathroom, at least in our room, was very unfriendly for travelers with kids. Not only was there no bathtub the shower was set up so I couldn’t even help my toddler shower. Not horrible and fine if it’s adults but with kids it was less than stellar.

Couldn’t get the heat to work. No hot water in the sink or shower and the sink was very slow to drain. Won’t stay here again.

Stay as expected until about 4.00 AM - train nearby, trucks starting, car alarm going off.

Everything was perfect except the roller bed. The spring was too loose, when you lay down there was hardly no support. So we had to put mattress on the floor.

The property had an appearance of newness however, there were no insulation in the walls as I could hear the complete conversation my neighbors who were talking in a normal tone it should be noted that I am hearing impaired as well
