The front desk has limited hours. The first room we got was a double queen with no outdoor space which was pretty good, the bathroom faucet needs replacing...it's old and only turns full on or full off since it's so stiff. The second room was a King drive up style with chairs to sit outside. There need to be hooks to hang things since there is no counter space in the bathroom. The bathroom faucet although updated, only ran hot water. The motel was less than 2k walk on the park trails to Parlee Beach (after going through a few parking lots) which was nice and shady. I would stay again.

Check in was not great. Reception had trouble finding our reservation so took a while. Had kitchenette room. The fridge was small with a very small freezer so not great for traveling with your own food. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee or tea supplied. Very small fold up table that would barely fit 2 people for meals. Overall, it was OK, but not great.

The new owners have successfully renewed this property that was very tired. The room was pleasant and comfortable thus inducing a good sleep. Good parking and plenty of walkable restaurants.

Fine for a nights stay but there was no coffee maker, no shampoo. A bit bare bones!!

Everything went well except for the discrepancy between the booking, which indicated breakfast was included, and the hotel staff's statement during check-in, clarifying that there was no complimentary breakfast available.

I wish the rooms were all on the main floor but the space is limited there .tight parking spaces
But service was fine .

Great hotel, next to the beach. Very friendly and nice staff . Only complaint, the fan in the bathroom didn't work. Very happy with our stay .

Our room was in the old part of motel. Cigarette burns on bathroom vanity and a faint smell of cigarettes. Likely was a smoking room at some point. Staff tried to eliminate the smell.
Checkin was excellent. Room was very small but clean.

it was easy to find. Arrangement to arrive late was very much appreciated. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were not the only ones using the chairs on the balcony & could see alot of young families making their own breakfast (using the mini kitchen). Would go again.
