Just called in for a meal last night in the Restaurant and it was amazing. We we're looked after by Courtney from arrival to leaving She has amazing Customer service skills. The meal was great too.p The Restaurant is really nice and well laid out.

Clean, spacious room. Quiet at night. Good service. Friendly staff - Nick was very friendly and accommodating. To make the stay even better - more tea bags in room and also complimentary biscuits. Overall, I was left very satisfied with my stay.

Lovely and helpful staff, clean room and nice place to stay. Maggie was especially helpful and polite. She also was very welcoming and was chatty. Will definitely be returning here as felt comfortable and it’s an affordable price too. Recommend to stay at this hotel.

Well. Having stayed in Premier Inns around the country and this one more than once I can honestly say this 2 night stay has been different. Had problems with getting a door key that worked and having to change rooms because there was a leak in the room below were the most memorable among other minor issues. Throughout this the team of staff were fantastic and made every effort to guide me through the difficulties. In particular I would want to mention Dawid who was unphased and dealt with everything. We even joked that he could do some marriage counselling at tye same time. 2 others to mention have to be Nick the waiter and Gary the chef. Please don't let any of the problems that happened to me put you off. The staff really do make the hotel special. We'll done guys. I look forward to coming back in a few months time.

We have stayed here a number of times when visiting relatives. On the whole the hotel is good and the location is exactly right for us with parking a bonus. The staff have always been helpful although it does often seem short staffed with no sign of anyone when checking in. I do think it’s a shame that we have to ring a bell on arrival and then wait rather than be greeted with a welcoming smile. We arrived early this time and asked if a room was ready. On previous visits we have sometimes found the room is ready and sometimes found it isn’t, which isn’t an issue. However this time we were told the room was ready if we wanted to pay £10 which we felt was a rip off if the room was actually ready for us. Maybe it’s for the extra electric! The biggest issue for us is that the windows don’t open at all and that the last 2 room numbers we have stayed in (610 was one of them) have had faulty aircon. We have stayed in 610 twice in the last year and it was faulty both times with the sound of running water whenever the aircon kicked in which woke us in the night. The problem would have been solved if we could have just opened the window slightly as we would have turned the aircon off. If safety is the issue then maybe fitting restrictors on the windows would be a better option. It would also solve the awful stale air from the aircon. I hope the locked windows aren’t something that will be installed in all Premier Inns.
