This location is clean and functions well enough, breakfast and facilities are good. Customer service however is non existent. We stayed two nights and requested multiple times a turndown service and towels . We ended up making our own beds, getting our own towels, and taking out our own trash. We even tipped the housekeeper on QR code …for what? Amazing right! The front desk claims housekeeping begins at 8am… really? Don’t you think that’s a bit early Hilton? Who isn’t in there room at 8am? I would wager most guests are. When we attempted to get the front desk to give us a turndown service, she claimed the housekeepers had gone for the day. 2/18 @ 5:10pm for your records. Room 309 Basically our stay was made far more stressful than it should have ever been. It’s open incompetence disguised as costumer service. It’s flat out what is easier for you (the hotel) versus what’s inconvenient us, the guest. Will never stay here or at any Hilton in general at this point. The lady at the front desk tried.
