Shenyang Watermelon Boutique Apartment

The area is very close to the high speed train station in Shenyangbei, but the immediate area is quite dead due to so many empty shops and stores. If you are willing to walk a bit further, you will be able to enjoy the local morning market and restaurants.

The location was excellent, being right beside the Financial Centre metro station and in walking distance to the ShenYang North railway station. It is also easy to walk to the one of the biggest morning markets if you just follow the GaoDe Map. I also walked to the nearest museum as the roads are easy to walk. Highly recommend this place for the location and the affordable room rate. There are a lot of restaurants, mini-marts, fruit shops right below the house. There’s also a mall within walking distance. There’s even a small gym nearby if you really can’t do without gym. There are 3 halal restaurants within 5min walk distance from the apartment. The room I got was spacious and well designed in my opinion. The pillars are made into a full body mirror which came as a surprise to me. The room got all that I needed for my week-long stay. The Internet wasn’t stable enough for video calls. Bring some ear plugs cos the quality of the walls are really thin. Service from the owner was professional and really prompt. This is critical in this line of business. This owner’s apartments appear to be much more in demand. (I gave up on another apartment by another owner and came here instead. The other owner in another block was a complete disappointment. That’s why I was happy to have found such a professional owner.) Overall, can’t ask for more with this apartment at this rate. Definitely beyond my expectation. 👍

Good and convenient

Think twice before staying here. Location wise it is great. Few steps to subway only. Service wise - there is no front desk. You got to collect the keys according to instructions sent over wechat. The person could have sent instruction early to prevent customers getting lost at what to do. Cleanliness - bedsheet is clean. But mattress is not. Make my skin itchy as hell. Amenities - there is a 24 hr mart down below which is very convenient.

Отель находится в жилом доме, заселили без проблем. Рядом много кафе и магазинов. Очень близко от метро, также можно за 10 минут дойти до северного вокзала. Сам номер не очень уютный, но за такую цену и расположение нормально.
