JINGJU HOTEL SHENZHEN

The hotel was confortable but it was lacking the self service laundry as it is currently in construction/renovation and it is located above children museum so breakfast was more like a playground with noisy children. For the price per night I think it’s not worth it. Also, there was a weird smell when u enter the room as the A/C stops automatically throughout the night and when you leave the room. The shower was not optimal as well as the water was leaking from the shower door. For the high price point I would not recommend this hotel for the time being. Maybe after the renovation its value would be justified. The only positive thing is that it is located above children museum as well as a food court and the rooms were not that noisy.

I really loved the hotel. I had a business suite which had an amazing size and great view. Bed was very comfortable. Stuff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had even cheese what I personally loved. But mostly asian and western mix. Would definitely come back as the location is great too.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and convenience. The room was spotless and very well-maintained, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I also appreciated the quality amenities provided—they really added a touch of comfort and ease throughout my visit. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its excellent location. It’s literally just steps away from the metro station, making it incredibly easy to get around and explore the city. The only downside is that the hotel does not have a laundry room, which might be inconvenient for longer stays. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay with great value, and I would definitely come back again.

The view from the room is awesome, looking at the CBD area of Shenzhen. Staff is courteous, and they changed our parents' breakfast to afternoon tea since we didn't get to have the breakfast due to early flight back home. Although the high tea is just some fruits and nuts for vegetarian travellers. Also, the room for family and child theme has a smoking smell throughout our stay in the bathroom. The air ventilation is connected to another room and after we feed back to the staff, they send an air purifier to us. The welcome fruits are delicious but it was sent quite late in the night.

Room was very clean and huge! We loved it. Only was hoping there were more balls in the ball pit, they barely covered the whole floor, I was expecting more. We also received a really good gift. And being next to the kids museum it was perfect

Pros : The hotel is very convenient in terms of location – it’s close to Futian city center, connected to the metro, and has a dedicated elevator to the hotel. There are many nearby places for children to play, as well as plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. The room had lots of toys, so our child really enjoyed staying there. There are also child‑friendly amenities like a kids’ toilet seat and baby bath, which are great for families. Since it was our child’s birthday, the hotel prepared a small board game and fruit, which made the stay feel special. Cons : The cleanliness could be improved. We found hair on the bedding and in the bathtub, and some mold in the shower and around the sink. Breakfast and afternoon tea had limited variety, and although it was nice that the windows in the room could be opened, the lack of mosquito screens was inconvenient.

Very gopd. Good location. Nice robot food delivery service. Not bad breakfast buffet. Our kids enjoy the room too.

Check-in is located on Level 28 of the building, with two lifts serving the hotel. Complimentary midnight snacks are available from 9–10 PM. The building also houses several dining options, including fast food and bubble tea outlets. A Lawson convenience store on-site makes it easy to purchase essentials. Additionally, the building is very close to train and bus stops, about a 2-minute walk away.
