The hotel helps to accept packages in advance if you online shop before your trip.
The hotel staff were very friendly.
We arrived late at 2am there were staff at the counter to help to check.
When we check in the first room, it was a bit smoky and the staff on helped immediately by giving a new room that was so cute!
The room facilities were pretty good, spacious enough for 2- 3 huge luggages. The hot water shower and aircon was working as well.

Excellent room, large clean comfortable & well furnished. Make sure to request room on a higher floor, to lessen the noise and vibration from the gym in building. Delicious breakfast, many varieties and often replenished. Need improvement with some of the front staff, especially the man sitting on the right side (by street), always impatient and inexplicably rude. Younger man with glasses was very kind and helpful.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is a bit far from the busy city center, but there are plenty of restaurants and night markets nearby, which was convenient.

Super clean and cosy room. The front reception is probably one of the best hotel receptions I’ve ever come across. Staff are so accommodating and helpful. I requested a non smoking floor and because it is often hard to guarantee other guests not smoking in their rooms, the manager offered me a free upgrade and a room located on the highest floor, far from the lifts and other guest rooms. Housekeeping is also efficient and obliging. There is a notepad on the bedside table for you to communicate with the housekeeping staff and one day I requested an extra bottle of drinking water because of a cold. I was provided with 4 extra bottles for free 😀. Everything in the room is in good condition and of high quality, this is China! They treat all guests like their VIPs. There is a free laundry on the second floor which is convenient for longer stay. Lots and lots of street food stalls (after 5pm) and restaurants around the hotel. There is a Chagee popular beverage stall just around the corner. Those of you who need fruits, there is a big fruit and vege stall just 3 minutes away by foot from the hotel. The closest MRT station is about 10 minutes away by foot. If you like to stroll around the surroundings, you can walk to a big and popular shopping centre known as Yi Fan Chen （20 minutes by foot), you can find literally everything there). The hotel is just less than 30 minutes from Bao An International Airport, DiDi fare is around RMB 28 during non peak times. This hotel has made my Shenzen trip a very enjoyable and memorable one. Thank you and I will be back!

It's a charming and tranquil hotel that offers a cozy atmosphere. From the moment you step through the front door, you can sense the exceptional service. Our room was impeccably clean and a pleasure to stay in. The staff was not only helpful but also incredibly friendly. Additionally, the location is convenient, with plenty of dining options and shopping malls nearby, making it a great value for the price.

Superb good hotel with very reasonable price. Room condition is Very clean and New. Robot is serving with convenience. Washing machines and dryers are available for free. Breakfast is very tasty and worth the value. Night market is just 5 mins walk, Metro station is just 10 mins walk away.

Hotel is clean and nice, front desk is very friendly and helpful. They can also help you to keep packages if you need! Just call them through trip and contact them through wechat. Only downside is that the location is slight far. Other than that i recommend this place.
