The room is spacious and clean
Hotel service is good - staff is attentive
Strategic location - less than 5 mins to MRT, lots of eatery and convenient stores around the building

It was alright, not my type as it was very outdated and old.. the rooms are old style, but I'd still give it a good review because TRIP gave me a free room upgrade to Suite.

The hotel’s service and atmosphere were outstanding. The buffet breakfast offered a diverse selection, including a pleasing assortment of dim sum for morning tea. Although the infinity pool didn't provide much of a view, the swimming experience was enjoyable, and backstroking under the building's impressive architecture added a nice touch.
I was pleasantly surprised when the front desk upgraded us to a suite. The suite included a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak, as well as a designated work area, which was both convenient and well-appointed. The comfort and tranquility of the suite made the stay even more enjoyable.
What particularly impressed me was the excellent service from the housekeeping staff. They carefully arranged my stuffed animals, tucking them in and covering them with the blanket as if they were cozily resting. This thoughtful gesture added a personal and charming touch to my stay.
Overall, I was thoroughly satisfied with the experience.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Location is right near the metro and there’s a few shops near by. Strange cleaning methods. Seem to focus on changing towels and toilet rolls rather than cleaning the room. Pool was closed from 11-4 every day which given that’s the hottest part of the day was a bit weird. It was also absolutely freezing, but good fun 🤩. We would stay here again. Really nice room and good value.
