Crowne Plaza HOTEL&SUITES LANDMARK SHENZHEN by IHG

Good option for a family stay in Luohu area of Shenzhen. They do have baby cribs and there is a playroom in the hotel at the Spa level. Breakfast was ok, many choices and the food was fresh. The service overall was great! It’s located conveniently with several shopping malls and restaurants nearby.

Another great stay at Crowne Plaza hotel Shenzhen! Thank you to all the staff who are always so welcoming, so helpful and never without a smile. I enjoyed the breakfast, which had very wide range of healthy options for all ages and especially the egg station which had so many egg dish options ! Range of fresh fruits and bread selection was great and all staff were very helpful for everything, especially the manager William. The check in and check out experience was also wonderful, their staff Lena and Kiki were very helpful and professional. I would definitely go back to stay with family and friends again. Convenient location and close to the Luowu border to HK. And close to subway station and other amazing food options in the neighborhood.

Service at front desk was excellent and polite. Free upgrade of room type by Kingsley Li.. She was patient and polite when explaining the payment method to me. Will stay here again if visiting again.

The check in experience was great. 小徐was there to help as I reached 3 hours earlier but the room i booked was not ready so 小徐upgraded my room to 1 tier higher and enable me to checked in earlier. Very professional in her job. The breakfast was great with lots of variety. The 小姐姐(forgot her name) at the counter was always there to welcome us with a smile. Very good experience. Will recommend friends to stay here.

The room is old fashioned style, may be due to this hotel is seen standing in SZ a long time ago. The bathroom cleaning still has more room for improvement. I found some hairs on the bath... Also the front desk staff required me to pay deposit even though I told her I have a good record booking in crown plaza many times not just in China. I even told her I was living in futain crown plaza short while before. It's wasting my time to explain. Anyway, I hope they improve it. One nice thing, the breakfast is good.

Wonderful service, staff everywhere is exceptionally great - reception (thank you, Peter!), breakfast place etc And the beds OH MY GOD so comfortable!!!!! I always have best sleeps here , really. That’s why I always come back hehe

Would like to share the location is super good . It’s super near to a king glory plaza and also near the famous McDonald Dongmen pedestrian stree. Bedroom is super spacious and thanks for the decoration and cake for my toddler. She enjoys so much. There’s indoor playground for little one . The hotel service is super good . Thank you team for making me and my family stay a lovely one . Will definitely recommend you booking this hotel ! Zero regrets .
