Good spa experience. Good location for shopping malls. Easy travel by MTR station. Good service with friendly staff. Good surprise for birthday celebration. Good value for money.

Great location, love the design of the room, very spacious with decent lighting. The toilet area was particularly well thought out, where you can enjoy a good bath while being able to watch the TV! Don’t see this often in hotels. Also shout out to the Curv Bar in the Lobby. The cocktails were well crafted with good balance. And great atmosphere!

Situated at the CBD of SZ, The Ritz Carlton provided us with a remarkable memory for our celebration for anniversary & happy birthday. Special thanks go to professional staff including Annie Fu, Erick Lu, Kylie, Molly, Mark, Jimmy, Mandy, Fiona, ... etc,,who took care of our stay.
The cheerful day started from the “birthday cakes rain” in WeChat from Annie😄 Facilitated by her, the room was upgraded to a spacious room with interior celebration decoration as well as the stunning view of the CBD. The room setting was comfortable and the services at the club lounge on 26/F was excellent! We love the bathtub with LED TV by the window. Through the relaxing but cool staycation, we enjoyed 5 meals at the Club lounge on and a buffet breakfast on 2/F. We got great time too at the pool, sauna, & gym room, and surprisingly got a tasting cocktail at the lobby at 6-7pm.
Erick was also another one key person of our amazing customer experience 😊 He is decent, humble, presentable, and friendly. The overall customer experience / journey of this stay was fab! It would be great if the hotel put more effort on general dining food taste & hygiene standard (especially the buffet restaurant Flavorz on 2/F), as well as upgrading the architecture maintainence (especially the lobby lounge ONYX on 1/F and partially in the room) which is generally ageing. Could also consider if replacing the traditional toilets as the advanced auto e-toilets in the washroom of the room.
We like the staff services most and would definitely revisit again!

This is the first time I stayed with Ritz Carlton and I believed that Ritz Carlton will be my ONLY CHOICE for my all coming trips.
Their service is excellent ! Their service is full of care and loves!!!!
First, I got extra bottles of water in my room from "MIKE" from Ritz Carlton under this extreme hot weather , with writing a notes to me which is reserved for my son and husband and wish me enjoying already shown their care to my family!
Secondly, when I called the hotline to get additional pillows, I am surprised and really impressed being asked what kind of pillows I want and bring to me in very short time.
Thirdly, I ask for help since I feel the freezer is not cold enough, their helper bring me a full size freezer to my room!!!! How impressed to me ! And I also can buy ice-cream into my room which make me feel like home!!!!! I hope I can have the same arrangement next time...haha...
Last but not least, I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED all my friends and families chose Ritz Carlton being the FIRST CHOICE!!!!

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the attention to detail and the genuine care extended by your team. Kylie went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Her courteous demeanor and proactive approach were evident in every interaction. She especially made my birthday memorable with a thoughtful card and a lovely gift, which added a personal touch that I deeply appreciated.

This's one of the best experience I've ever had with Ritz-Carlton. Great location, excellent services and nice decor.
The executive Lounge is young and vibrant; in contrast, the atmosphere is tranquil and enjoyable. Thanks to the impeccable service of Eric and Eva, we enjoyed one of the best holidays in years.
The selection of wine is slightly disappointing, but the food is quite nice. I highly recommend the Eggs Benedict from Flavorz.
