Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Louisville South, KY

Hotel is tired and in need of significant updates. Room needed more attention during cleaning- hair that didn’t belong to our party was all over the bathroom, water rings on end tables demonstrated they’d not been wiped down since previous stay, sheets had stains and showing signs of significant wear, sofa sleeper mattress was terrible - borderline un-usable, paint on door was peeling and air filters need to be changed or repainting needs to happen around the vents. It was visibly dirty. We reserved as a party of 5 and had three towels in our room upon check in. No pillows for the pull-out due to 75% occupancy (no additional pillows?). Front desk and breakfast staff were pleasant and did their best to be accommodating. Breakfast was the usual - nothing exciting but served it’s purpose.

We’ve stayed here many times and are very happy with the hotel. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable and if you need anything the staff is always available and helpful. Easy interstate access and plenty of places to eat close by

I like this Hotel. Its very nice and clean if the price is not to high .i like to stay here. Its nice and has access to the river

Our room was fine for one night but right when we walked in the room there was a smell that reminded me of stale smoke that someone tried to clean out. The spread on one of the beds had stains and the bathtub had a stain that almost looked like blood. I appreciate reviews that help me choose properties. We would not stay here again.

For the most part the hotel was okay. It is dated. Could utilize some upgrades but has everything you need. Only going to stay about 8 hours due to early flight and late checkin. The issue is that with getting up it was discovered that the duffet/ comforter was grossly dirty. Really couldn’t identify what was on it but it wasn’t pleasant to see. Really need to check for bedding cleanliness.

Bathtub was not flat and did not feel safe. Great water pressure and comfortable bed

Came in from out of town to attend an event at the adjacent convention center. Staff is friendly, rooms and hallways are clean and spacious, and breakfast is nice enough. Great value, too!

Customer service was very good. The room was nice and clean, bathroom was clean but very dated. Nice breakfast in the morning. And small but decent workout room.

Picked hotel on stop back home after visiting family. Room was a good size, clean & breafast better than expected
