Rodeway Inn & Suites

Very nice place to stay and easy to get to, it was clean and reasonably priced. Good parking and the service was good and the bed was comfortable. Nice pool. The free breakfast was standard but crowded.

Do NOT waste your money here. I'd give them zero stars if I could. I reserved a king and put in the notes that I was traveling with pets. Nowhere on the website does it say certain rooms are pet friendly and some are not. I get there late in the evening and he tells me that the only room they have is a double bed that is pet friendly and my room is non refundable. So now I'm stuck. I could NOT walk my pet on the teeny tiny grass patches they have but I could walk them in the weeds behind the hotel or the police departments grass. The room smelled and was 80 degrees. Immediately turned on the ac which was so loud. Tried to open a window but it was locked and broken so you cant open the window. The pictures were inaccurate...catfishing level inaccurate... to the point when i showed the clerk she kept insisting i clicked on the wrong hotel. I wake up to a 150 dollar charge on my credit card and when I asked why they started screaming at me. She wouldn't give me her name and neither would he...that's how you know how unprofessional they were. She kept interrupting me and yelling at me telling me i should know these things. He was cussing at me. Worst stay of my life...and on my birthday no less. I called choice and they were able to give me a full refund so this is no way reflecting choice hotels because i love them. Ive been staying with them for almost 15 years, but this hotel doesn't deserve the choice logo or to say they are pet friendly because they are neither. Ill see if i can post pics of parts of the disgusting room they put us in
