I am coming from bh***ch and stay at polo tower shilong. The hotel is best and very good service. I am satisfied. House keeping department staff pavitra is very helpful. And the hotel ***agement is very good. Polo tower staff are very helpful person....

Room are very nice. Staff are so good... Nice hotel to polo tower... House keeping are proper room clean.... Special Mr. Panties Sandra very helpful person... Next time will be come again..

Nice rooms, great service and hospitable staff. The rooms were of adequate size. The food had limited options but was good

Good Ambience 👍 calm and peaceful place. Well connected from Police Bazar by walking just 10 mints. Housekeeping Pabitra was very good. Good staffs all together and good experience

In Shillong Polo Tower is always my first choice. This is my second visit and found it really satisfactory like before. Location service food and staffs superb. Specially Pabitra from House keeping dept is really nice. Highly recommended

First time I have to shillong Hotel location is excellent I stayed in room no 116 House keeping pabitra santra was very helpful and kept room clean His service is more commendable Break fast variety ofitems and delicious Receptionist very cordial and helpful Overall experience is excellent and stay was pleasant.

Stay at polo towers have been amazing. Service was excellent, so was the food and ammenities provided. Pabitra was exceptional at providing required services and was very friendly. All the others staff have exceptional and friendly and made our stay very memorable. We stayed in room 214 and the room was up to our requirements.
