I visited shillong in may 2024. Stayed at the polo towers, location is perfect and very near to the police bazar market. Rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel staff is kind, receptive, quick and welcoming; especially the inhouse kitchen staff and housekeeping staff. Special thanks to pabitra from housekeeping staff for being attentive and available for us at all times and helping us out with our needs. Overall a very wholesome experience

Thank you all staff polo tower hotel. Shilong are best city. injoy my family.. room are so good. and staff are so helpful.. pavitra are good service for house keeping. Food is so nice. Room maintain are good property.. thanks to house keeping... Next time will be back..

During our stay at this hotel we get the fullest hospitality from the service providers of this hotel. Rooms are neat and clean.Bathrooms are also fine. Complimentary breakfast are also very much authentic. Overall experience during our stay is excellent. We get excellent service from the house keeping staff Pabitra Santra.

Sumptuous Food . The services rendered by Mr Rakesh was excellent . This definitely calls for frequent revisit . 10/10 . Good buffet arrangement in Restaurants thanks all staff be supportive and also chef I will come again in future promise

Very good servicing.They don’t waste much time in it and have good expertise in it.House keeping staff is very excellent and determinant in their work.There is a good house keeping floor supervisor that you can contact named Pabitra.I would definitely come here next time

The stay was amazing with Polo Tower !! The room was very clean and cozy !! The house keeping service was great and we received immediate service from the house keeping as they were available for 24/7. Suvojit was very friendly and made sure all our needs and requirements were met within 5-10 mins of request.

Thanks to polo tower all staff... Polo tower hotel amezing stay....room are good and clean. Staff helpfull and friendly. Pabitra are good person. Food are lovely and tasty... House keeping room clean and aminits proper place. next time comes to again.

GOOD HOSPITALITY AND GREAT STAFF. GOOD AMBIANCE. MR. PAVITRA FROM HOUSEKEEPING DEPAR**ENT IS VERY CO OPERATIVE AND HELPFUL... HE IS AT THE U**OST SERVICE ***** WITH HIS TEAM MEMBERS. FOOD IS GOOD BUT NEED TO IMPROVE IN TERMS OF TASTE AND VARIETY..

A pricey hotel but not the worth. The A/C in room no.102 was not functioning properly, the fan regulator also not working in lower modes.The water also was taking a long time to get hot. Ginger restaurant at the basement hardly has any place to sit during breakfast buffet and if you are late.there is no place. There is a sky grill restaurant on the first floor and hardly has place for 4 tables.Overall a congested hotel with lack of space. Food also was not so tasty , had ordered roti/subjy but the subjy was only half cooked. Overall not a good experience.
