位置方便，設施為古舊式酒店。房間面向赤鐵橋方向，可以看到日落及大塊青翠草地公園。早餐一般，服務一般，沒有方法真接聯絡前台，要親身到前台索取多一個枕頭。

非常不錯的酒店，還免費提供自行車租賃服務

My husband and I visited Shimanto City for a excursion and booked this hotel for proximetly to city center. I arrived to the hotel with no expectation because of reviews I read before I leave my home, it was quite surprised that a twin room we received was on 8th floor, right across from the elevator hall, very quite. The room was big enough for two of us, smaller bath room but functional. AC works good, stable strong wifi connection. there were some eateries about 5 minutes from the hotel. There are plenty of parking slots for the hotel guest. I was able to get covered parking just across from lobby. Additional surprise was that there is outdoor shop called Mont-bell located in New Real Hotel approx. 5 minutes from the Nakamura Prince Hotel, so you can pick up sport T shirts, foot ware, or bag-packs if you need for excursion. I purchased a pair of sandals because of heavy rain we experienced during my visit.
