Hotel Windsor

Me & my family stayed in hotel for two days, my overall experience very disappointing and below average. * one of reception guys very rude and unprofessional, when we entered in hotel they force to pay full 2 days amount before check in. * after paying amount the service quality was very very poor and below the line. * dirty bad sheet, pillow was smelling, seems not washed since one year, I have photo also as proff. *taking 300 extra for room heater even they don't have power back up in hotel. *if we compare with photo room size very small. I don't recommend to say with family in hotel.

Me and my family recently stayed at this hotel for 2 days and have to say it was really a disappointing experience for us. Even after paying decent money, all major services are lacking including impolite staff which made our stay uncomfortable. Below are the major cons and rare few pros: Cons - impolite staff - extremely limited breakfast options which start at 8-30am. When asked for basic bread butter they refused! - long way down to hotel making it a trek each time - no WiFi (router was there but not working) - electric heaters on chargeable basis (this too of bad quality and had to be replaced twice) - restaurant is there but only for show. If you order food they send to rooms after a min of 30-45mins. Pros - good trekking experience - room and bathroom newly done so decent for a 2-3star property although no view from balconies either I would not recommend this hotel unless no other options available!

My experience at windsor hotel shimla is good ,nice and clean rooms ,food is good and tasty ,polite staff, and specially ***ager mr.jai prakash is so nice humble and so much help full Problem is only stairs to the hotel which is very down to the entry of hotel and old people can't do up and down very easily Plus point is it is near to Mall road you can walk but not easy for old people or person who can't climb stairs easily For youngsters it is nice place to stay Best price hygienic nice staff clean rooms Contact mr. Jai prakash he is very nice and helpfull if you stay here at windsor shimla

Worst Hotel ever stayed ! Few Highlights : 1. No water supply in the Washroom (Had to wait for 30 mins to have a bath) 2. No offerings of TEA before 8.30 am...though they claimed that services to start by 7 am 3. Red Tea (even TEAM BAGS) not available !!! 4. Breakfast services stands Horrible. ..with only 3 items to offer !!! Had to wait for 30 mins for the items to be inplace (9.15 am) 5. When asked for an OMLETTE & POACH...the denied saying NO EGGS AVAILABLE ! 6. EXTREMELY BAD & RUDE BEHAVIOUR of the Staff

I recently checked out of the Hotel Windsor in Shimla, and I cannot express enough how disappointed I am with my experience. The staff was consistently rude and unprofessional, showing no regard for basic customer service. The breakfast offered was of poor quality and lacked variety, failing to meet even the most basic expectations. To make matters worse, the rooms were nothing like what was advertised on the website, leaving me feeling deceived and let down. I strongly advise against staying at the Hotel Windsor

very poor food ,very bad service, no service available,very bad service , too much far away from mall road , no vehicle parking ,very costly food and very bad quality no worth,no parking for vehicle ,they are like doing monopoly coz there is no shop outside the hotel then they sell bad and expensive food

Very kind and cooperative staff and good location of hotel and good food and good rooms and staff give me my choice food not as a Clint but as a gust they are so humble about their gust room very clean and kitchen area or dying very clean . I think so every things is as five star facility

Absolutely fantastic service by the staff Hygienic room with beautiful interior Would love to visit again Good food at reasonable price Friendly staff All facilities available including wifi and other services
