Food and beverage team brilliant good service friendly staff warm and welcoming restaurant. Splendid hospitality. Hotel a little way out of Shimla, but good taxi service and they will arrange to pick you up for return journey. Lovely views from restaurant and rooftop lounge

We love staying at hotel elysium. The staff were lovely. Mr. Bhupesh Nihal Ruchi Nidhi and Sachin. The food was really good. With the big choice. The hotel was very clean. And we love the little of sweets coming to our room at 6 o'clock clock. ❤️

Wow! Wow! Wow! The staff at the hotel could not have been more welcoming or genuinely friendly. So helpful and always smiling. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! Easy to get into Shimla City and what views. A big shout-out to Nidhi, Ruchi, Ashiini & Mr Bhupesh. A credit to the hotel !

It was an unexpected surprise for me,The service was impeccable & quick,yummy food , breakfast was huge spread with multiple options special shout-out to Mr.Kuldeep and his team for best service..definitely will come again..⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely hotel. Very welcoming.Very friendly staff who aim to do everything they can to please and appear very genuine especially in the restaurant. Very comfy beds.Would definitely recommend it for a stay.great location for touring the area.

On our tour of the Golden Triangle, this hotel was by far the best. It is bijoux, however the decor and furnishings are exemplary. The staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive. The food is delicious and caters for all tastes. Just a 15 minute taxi ride from the centre of Shimla. The rooms are compact but perfectly adequate except for a lack of space for toiletries around the sink. The only thing missing here is a swimming pool or spa pool to relax in at the end of the day. We were with a group of 42 persons and everyone has really enjoyed our stay here. Kuldeep, Anil, Douraj, Bhupesh, Nihaal, Nishant, Nidhi, Ruchi and Harsita made us feel very welcome and loved.

Best staff and hotel ! A must stay in Shimla for great food and hospitality. The entire staff goes out of their way in terms of service. Mr. Bharat, Anil, Renuka and Muskaan and the reception are a great team. The food is amazing! And rooms are well maintained.

I found the property on Make My Trip. and I would say, it was the best shot. We were really happy with Elysium's hospitality. It was a wonderful stay. The staff were well ***nered and soft spoken and always smiling :) Also, the hotel arranged for a tourist car on request ***** with a well ***nered and polite driver Deepak Sharma. He guided us on our tour to Shimla and showed us all the beautiful places local as well as nearby like New Kufri, Solan and ***y more. Overall 10/10.

The hospital is located near ISBT. The view from my room was splendid, beds comfortable and pillows super soft. The dining experience is superb. The hospitality of Ms Muskan and Mr Anil is great. They were on their toes to bring smiles on the face of guests.
