The hotel is ok. Nothing fancy. It was just ok for us to stay a couple of nights while in town for a wedding. The bedding and room condition was just ok; nothing luxurious. The best thing about the hotel was its staff. Everyone that I encountered was very nice, from the front desk staff to housekeeping. The front desk staff was very accommodating.

My stay was fine. The room was nice and clean with a modern feel. The bed was comfortable. I loved the huge walk in shower and the type of toiletries provided. I apprecieted the Keurig in the room.
I did have a few issues. I called before I booked to make sure there was a room on the top floor. I was told there was and what type, so I booked and wrote in the notes that i was requesting a room on the top floor. When I got there, the desk clerk said i couldn't get a top floor room, that there were none available and that ******* overbooks people.
The clerk in general was just not good at customer service. She didnt look at me while speaking and kept turning to do things while talking. She talked quiet, so I couldnt hear half of what she said. No smile, no welcome, no pleasantries at all. Just like she had no interest in being there at all.
One of the elevators were broken. Luckily my room was near the back elevator.
The breakfast was ok, but not spectacular.

They were a little slow at check in, no one was at the front desk early evening. All the rooms were no smoking, but the first floor clearly smelled like **** down the hall. The front elevator was down, so we had to take the back elevator, which was alright, but the front stairs door to the inside of the hotel was locked, so we couldn’t get back in.

The Staff was very nice and friendly. The issue was the floor I was put on smelled so bad like pot, it was unbearable.

We had a great over night stay. We had the king room and it was very modern. The room was clean and had plenty of storage. The bed was comfortable and I loved the pillows. The free breakfast was very good, warm & fresh! Everyone greeted us and were very nice.

The room was really nice. Up to date TV, the room got cool pretty fast after I turned on the A/C. Staff was nice & breakfast was pretty good. The only complaint I have is there weren't any toilet paper in the bathroom and I had to go down to the desk to get a roll instead of someone bringing it up to me.

Front desk were so nice it’s doesn’t and so welcoming! That’s the very important, they greeting theirs guests very differently with the other bigger hotel that I stayed a week before! Thanks holiday inn we’ll comeback soon!

The heat/air unit leaked, so the carpet was wet in the room. The air unit was loud so i turned it off only to listen to the air units in the rooms next to is. There was a dirty rag left in the roo. And no soap in the bathroom to use for the sink. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly.

It was fine fine an overnight stay, quiet on our floor, and I slept well. The furnishings in the "studio" area were a hodge podge of unmatched pieces, there was no table for a "suite"; it was furnished more as a 2 room studio. The Keurig didn't work.
