The lobby was very large and nice. The room was okay but smelled like smoke and was supposed to be a non smoking room. The breakfast was extremely limited supposedly due to it being a weekend.

Do not stay here. Dangerous, damp, dirty, everything smells like cigarettes. We took 1 look at our room and cancelled.

My stay was pretty good after a rocky start. I wished for first floor, got fourth. My room key lost its memory. When i woke up Monday morning and there was no breakfast - i almost checked out. But, i stayed and Tuesday’s breakfast was excellent.

We stay at this hotel every time we visit Shreveport. The hotel staff is always nice and friendly and the breakfast is delicious!!

Had an issue at check in, and then got to the room and the tv was stuck on some Mexican station and the channel could not be changed, so we had no tv the entire stay.

Property was not the cleanest. Food at buffet was hard/cold. Desk staff purchased what appeared to be alcohol from a guy hanging out at the hotel directly after helping me check in. No towels or toilet paper in our room. Had to go request it. Pool was very cold with strong air conditioning in the pool room as well. Hose left stretched/piled in the pool room causing tripping hazard for kids and hot tub not operating at the time of our stay. Will not go back.
