Days Inn Shrewsbury - Worcester

This place is worse than the dump! The dump is cleaner. The towels, if you get any because of the migrants that have basically taken over the place, are so old and thin. The furniture is disgraceful, and the mice like to bunk with you. I can't make this up. The staff is absolutely non-professional and will not go out of their way. Mind you, the guests pay their wages. Rachel, whatever her appropriate title is, is the worse person to deal with. She is absolutely rude and non-professional. I can't even imagine how the upper management have kept her on. The grounds were littered with trash and the trash bucket was always full with garbage overflowing. I called the Board of Health on them. You would be very wise to stay as far away from this dump as possible. It's so filthy that the roaches avoid it!

This place was a total dump like a run down projects... filthy stained rugs. Broken or repurposed furniture... flooring looks never was completed.. furniture old dinged up & sticky... door looks Broken into at some point..... Front desk staff was great

My double room was not ready. No sheets, large urine stain on mattress. Single room I was given broken TV, broken cold water tap, one over head light no desk lamp, bathroom light out. Worst stay ever!

Stinky, smell rooms with horrible furniture. The shower was from the 80's Front desk service was awful! You couldnt even shut the door the entire way. Cereal and a muffin for your continental breakfast! Never ever again!

Checked in and entered room to find completely unacceptable conditions...dirty floors, blood and other DNA on furniture, towel bars and lights falling off the wall. Left immediately with guarantee we would not be charged and we were for the full stay. Management does not return call. Worst hotel ever. I cannot believe this is a Wyndham associated hotel, they should be ashamed.

I have the worst hotel experience. Please DO NOT stay in this hotel if you have a family. The room smells very bad. Bugs and cockroaches were in the room and bathroom. TV doesn't work. Alarm clock was broken.

Wish I could give negative stars, noisy all night, no wash cloths with the towels, better off sleeping in the car, the only thing nice was the desk staff she was very pleasant, sounded like an all night party was going on

Room was old and scratched furniture , not enough lighting broken microwave, not enough towels for 2 people. Was not worth the price charged for the room. Outside was not very ;appealing and if it wasn't for the location; I would have passed

Yep!!! You read it right.. as soon as I looked down to step out the car it was a used needle.. That should have been the first sign but we still went in.. not sure of the young lady at the front but she was the best thing at this place.. don’t stop do.. just spend the extra money on some better or just sleep in the car.
