I drove there myself, and as soon as I entered the hotel area following the navigation, I was surprised to see the butler and Xiao Lai (A Qu) holding hadas (traditional ******* scarves) and standing at the front desk. We called the hotel from a viewing platform at an altitude of over 4200 meters. Xiao Li drove directly from the hotel to help us with our luggage, intending to tow it to the hotel first. At the same time, we also called a tow truck to take the car from Aba County to a 4S dealership in Chengdu, Sichuan, for repairs. Xiao Li accompanied us at the altitude of 4200 meters. We waited on the hilltop for almost three hours. After the tow truck arrived, somehow the car could be started again. The tow truck driver and Xiao Li helped us look for the car keys, but then a huge blunder occurred – due to my own mistake, I accidentally left the keys under the sliding rail under the driver's seat! It was terrifying! I was once again deeply moved by the hotel's excellent handling and care for guests in unexpected situations, which is why I wrote such a detailed review.
