"We initially booked a guesthouse for our first night at Fuxian Lake, but upon arrival, we found the environment less than ideal and the room quite disappointing. We promptly cancelled the next two nights and booked the Xiyuan Hotel instead. Located in Guanglong Town, while the lake view wasn't as good as some hotels and guesthouses near Moon Bay (it's farther from the lake), the surrounding area was incredibly convenient. There were many restaurants nearby serving the famous stone pot fish, and Xingguang Hotel was within walking distance. Parking was free. Most importantly, the room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom even played music automatically during the shower – so fun! Staying at Xiyuan was definitely the right decision!"

"The hotel is quite large, and the overall environment is clean and beautiful. Although it's been open for some time, it's still very well-maintained. The rooms are tidy, and the cleaning is thorough. From the doormen to the front desk and room service, everyone has a great attitude. During my stay, the hotel even offered a complimentary travel photoshoot. The makeup artist was lovely and very polite, doing a meticulous job. The photographer was professional and taught me how to pose. Even the lady helping with photo selection offered helpful suggestions. It was a fantastic experience. I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance."

"If you're looking for a vacation, just go for it! The butler contacted us a day in advance to ask about our needs and stayed in touch via WeChat. Since it was the off-season, the guest relations manager upgraded us to a lake-view balcony room. The 2.03-meter king bed was more than enough for us and our child, and they even installed bed rails before our arrival, which was incredibly thoughtful. The pool water was a good temperature and clean, and it was great for a swim when there weren't many people. We stayed for two nights, and the butler, housekeeping staff, and front desk were all very friendly. The hotel's amenities were excellent; everything from the linens to the disposable toiletries was impeccable, and the mini-bar was thoughtfully stocked. Every corner of the hotel offered picturesque views, making it perfect for couples. For families, the fish tank at the entrance will captivate kids for a long time. It would be even better if the parent-child activities were a bit more extensive and engaging. Located in Cambria Town, on the northeast corner of Fuxian Lake, the hotel is within a 20-minute drive of all popular attractions, except for Xingxing Fish Cave. The parking lot is also very convenient. The only minor downside was that the breakfast was a bit sparse. The spring set menu was very photogenic, but since it was prepared in advance and left out for guests to pick up, it tended to be cold. Overall, for a vacation, it's highly recommended."

"The entry is so calming. A nice open space with plants all around. The Chinese couple owning the Hotel were very sweet even though we couldn’t converse with them (they didn’t speak English and we can’t speak Chinese). They let us store our two bicycles in the house. The room is large and the bathroom is massive. There’s a bit of road noise with the windows open (on the second level). There’s no lift. They owner walked us to a neighbouring restaurant which was very nice. In the morning they both saw us off on our ride. "

It's only a few minutes' walk to the lake, with convenient transportation and travel.The hotel rooms are equipped with gardens and courtyards, so that you can enjoy the quiet scenery. You can not only make tea and chat, but also prepare wine for you to drink freely, opening a pure and simple natural rural life.
"I came to Fuxian Lake with my friends to choose this homestay next to the lake. In addition to being attracted by their garden, there is also the overall style of their home, which is fresh and grounded! Room: The room is very large, very clean and tidy. The boss took us up when it was bright. The outdoor balcony was very spacious. You can drink tea and coffee. The green plants seen outside the window are very pleasant. Service: The boss is very enthusiastic. After checking in, he took us upstairs. He also helped recommend the attraction guide. The fracture price helped buy the circus tickets! Really intimate! The guesthouse itself has a circular atrium structure, and staying on the 3rd floor, you can see the sky, and the air quality is excellent. It was a fantastic experience. The noodles for breakfast were also delicious. Definitely a 5-star rating!"
