"Pros: The hotel was pretty good, with spacious rooms. Although it's a bit older, it's well-maintained overall. The pet-friendly restaurant on the 5th floor was unique, and the facilities on the 4th floor were well-equipped. All the staff were very polite, professional, and well-organized, even during the peak season. A special shout-out to Victor for his professional and friendly service – and of course, all the other staff were great too!
Cons: The lobby on the first floor was quite chaotic. I heard there are many entertainment venues, and with so many customers, it felt more like a noisy shopping mall. I suggest the hotel guests and entertainment venue patrons be separated, perhaps by not sharing the same elevators. As a hotel guest, I really hoped for a quiet and comfortable space."
