"This was our first time staying here as we usually stay Premier Inn, but it certainly won't be our last. We got a club level room with access to the club lounge where we were able to relax with complimentary snacks and wine in the evening and grab a continental breakfast in the morning. We arrived early and the receptionist checked us in and found us an available room so we were able to get in and relax straight away. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable and we slept really well on the extra large bed The hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from the airport which takes under 10mins! The drivers we had were lovely, chatted with us and helped us with our luggage.. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone flying out of Dublin airport. Begin your holiday with some relaxation and luxury."

"Just had an amazing time in the shelbourne hotel. Beautiful cuisine ,comfort and relaxation. So convenient for shopping and strolling around the city centre. All staff amazing 👏"

"We arrived early in the morning - the hotel staff on duty (looks south asian) wasn’t very helpful at all (if I didn’t account the other staff there would be no stars) , try to make us pay (90 Euro) for checking in early, because he didn’t op for that he wasn’t very helpful with anything else. All the other staff were very helpful that’s why I’m giving 3 stars (if it wasn’t for the first guy, they would get 5 stars). Location is pretty good, just a short bus ride to the city (approx 30 mins). Our room was good but the shower head hose was leaking and there was hardly any water/water pressure."

"The room was lovely and clean, bed was so comfortable, and I had control over the thermostat. Bathroom was large with good water pressure and complimentary robe, hot chocolate, tea, coffee and cookies. The front desk woman was excellent at her job, even remembering my room number when I asked for access to the gym after checking in. Dinner at the Mayfly was quiet and delicious (fish and chips) and Katie was an excellent server. The gym appears to be recently redecorated but the machines are low-end, outdated concept 2 bikes and rowers and a strange non automatic (manual?) treadmill. The free weights were new and I preferred these to the machines. If strong cardio matters to you during your stay, spend more to stay at the Hilton with its Peloton contract. If not, stay here. Breakfast was a little odd. Granted I did walk in 9:35 when breakfast closes at 10, but as soon as I started taking food from the buffet a woman started clearing the condiments away. She also told me that coffee and tea were served table side but after asking someone for coffee, I was told “I’ll be with you shortly” and she never returned. I ended up serving myself the coffee from the carafe. I don’t mind a self-serve breakfast but management should doublecheck with the breakfast servers. I noticed that all of the other guests (men) had coffee, but I’m not sure if they, also, served themselves. All in all, it was a lovely and relaxing stay, and the room felt very lux. 4/5 stars"

"The hotel was very nice bed was comfortable it was like a home and room was very big ,even tho our king size bed was very big.i went to before then normal check out time ,but the receptionist checked me earlier then there time . receptionists are very helpful,the area is beautiful,tram station is about four minutes walk .thanks trips,com"

"The apartment is located right next to the River Liffey and it is convenient to go anywhere. In order to experience local life, we choose to buy and cook. The apartment’s kitchen utensils are full, cooking is convenient, and the supermarkets around the apartment can buy ingredients. Eat very well! Beef and mutton are cheap and fresh, especially milk, cheaper than water, especially good! It is a pity that I forgot to take pictures when I first entered the apartment door. After that, I didn’t take pictures any more. We are four people, two bedrooms, two living room sofa beds, one room and one room is slightly crowded, but it is okay. Very good stay experience. If you are willing to cook for yourself, you can choose an apartment."

"This hotel-style apartment can be said to be an unexpected surprise in the journey. It was originally because the Spring Festival wanted to cook in the room before making a decision to stay in the apartment. It is not the most comfortable stay in Ireland. First of all, the apartment is in a good location, about 3-5 minutes walk to the River Liffey, and there are dense bars and restaurants along the banks of the river for a convenient night view of Dublin. Secondly, the location of the apartment is less than ten minutes walk from the Guinness Exhibition Hall. The pavilion charges a small fee (25€/person, free for children, 22€ for students), but the 360-degree gravity bar on the 7th floor has a good view. Thirdly, the apartment is very comfortable. The living room, toilet and bedroom of the one bedroom apartment are designed separately. The sofa bed in the living room is very convenient and can accommodate three people easily. The two bedroom apartment is very spacious, with separate master bedroom and guest bedroom, laundry room separate. The design is very thoughtful. Suitable for families with children. Fourth, the apartment is fully equipped, the quality of household appliances is very good, and all kinds of kitchen supplies are available. For Chinese people traveling in Europe, whether they can cook for themselves is an important factor affecting the quality of travel. In particular, the ability to buy local vegetables, fruits and meats has greatly improved the quality of travel. Fifth, there is a slight noise, mainly heating hot water and pumping system. The water pressure in Ireland is lower than expected. The second floor and the third floor of each household need to be pressurized, and the sound of pressure is very large. In addition, there are many young people traveling in Europe on weekends, and there will be some noise in the middle of the night."

"The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and the staff were very friendly and helpful named Iza. My room was very clean and well-maintained, and the location was excellent, with easy access to attractions and restaurants."

"We arrived around 5.30pm and stayed only one night. The welcome drink was a nice touch but however in the morning there was lots of banging next door to our room. My husband was up all night with a cold so we hadn’t slept much. When we walked out of our room at 9.30 am to have breakfast the cleaners were sitting in armchairs with their vacuums and cleaning g products. It felt like they were waiting for us to go. When we returned to our room to pack up ( check out is 12) there was a knock at our door at 11.30 by cleaners. It felt like a lot of pressure for us to get out and no privacy as they were siting outside. The staff at breakfast hovered and were on top of us and asked us to order straight away before we even read the menu. The wait for the food was long and my eggs were cold when they came out. There is no lift to our floor so passing the cleaners sitting in armchairs we also passed cleaners sitting on the stairs. The whole experience felt unwelcoming and not private. The hotel it self is well located and beautiful interiors but wouldn’t stay there again. We have stayed at a lot of boutique and 5 star hotels all over the world and this was just average."

"The apartment is amazing, clean, and modern. Its location is also fantastic; the bus stop is a 5-minute walk away, and it's also a lovely 25-minute walk to the city center along the river. We were even able to extend our stay by a week. Three wonderful weeks! I highly recommend this apartment!"
