Clover Magic Altinkum Park Hotel

We were extremely disappointed when we arrived at Altinkum Park as the room we were put in most definitely wasn’t the one we were expecting/ advertised. It seems we were put in staff accommodation as there were staff in other rooms on our balcony. This possibly explains why the rooms were filthy, smelly, and poorly finished! The rest of the resort wasn’t much better, badly finished, smelt of sewerage, dirty and a health and safety risk. Tiles broken around the pool, unlit pathways and roots growing up through floor. Food was OK, same most days and uncovered with flies on! Had no clean towels or bed change the week we were there.Toilet roll was never topped up, even after asking a few times and we ended up buying some from the shop! Basics not met! Would definitely not return to this hotel, but lived Side and the beach and easy access to historic ruins and shops.

After reading many online reviews and having booked after the appealing nature of the hotel and good reviews, we arrived to a hotel which was dissimilar to reviews and photos shown. Whilst we didn’t expect the ritz with the price, in comparison to the reviews and photos we seen we felt pretty let down. We notified the hotel of an allergy weeks in advance and again upon check in, we were told the chef would be made aware and food would be provided after speaking to our REP to confirm after having no available options for breakfast the 1st morning and fly covered food. At lunch we were then told there would be no food at all available that day and they would ‘try’ to source food for the next day, leaving our group to spend money to eat for our stay despite paying for all inclusive. For our duration we had mostly cold water, we asked for it to be checked, which they were prompt at doing for it to go cold again after 1 shower use. Rooms are damaged, run down and stained, with a lingering sewage smell coming from the bathroom, despite photos of rooms appearing modern and chic. However the cleaners do a good job at cleaning the beds and towels and cleaners were lovely to speak to. The rest of the staff seemed hostile and we constantly felt we were being discussed about despite our pretty basic requests. We asked for blankets on the 1st night and they weren’t provided leaving us to sleep without a blanket for 2 nights. We had to move hotels after only 2 nights. I would not recommend this hotel if you’re looking for all inclusive, it’s a shame as it seemed to have so much potential in all reviews. I would avoid this hotel if you have any food allergies as they seemed to not understand what a food allergy meant. The only positives were that the air condition worked and the doors locked, and was right on the beach front where lovely restaurants did cater for our allergy requirements, we we’re not expecting a five star Michelin restaurant food at the hotel but even one option and fly free food would have been appreciated

We Stayed in Altinkum for one week in September and we are very happy with our stay. Rooms were nice and cleaned daily. Location of the hotel is perfect, next to the Beach and short walking distance to the Ancient City. All inclusive food was also good, but the best of the hotel was the hotel staff, all very friendly and polite but special Thanks for our pool Barman Yusuf, DJ and animator Kahn and Umut and waiter Cihan who makes us feel like in home after one day stay. We already planning to come back next year :)

We stayed in Altikum for 7 nights and we are so happy with our stay, rooms were clean and cleaned daily, very friendly people work here make us feel like home after one day here. Special Thanks for our pool barman Yusuf who even with his basic English always tried his best to help us with everything :) Location of this hotel I would say its the best in Side next to the beach and short walking distance to the Ancient City. There were small problems like fridge not work and my room locker doesn't lock from inside but as soon as reported they fixed everything within few minutes. GENERALLY for this price, location and friendly workers I would definitely recommend this hotel, also food was very good too and definitely we will be back here soon.

1. Расположение и пляж: - находится на берегу моря, - набережная расположена между отелем и пляжем. По ней можно дойти до старого города, до автобусной станции (оттуда за 20 турецких лир можно доехать до торгового центра nova mall), - ездить до торгового центра nova mall проще на автобусах, так как такси обойдется в 10 евро, - если идти наверх от отеля, можно дойти до магазина (продуктового) мигрос, а также турецкого банка (меняет доллары и евро на лиры по хорошему курсу), - также недалеко находится проверенная (брал лично) аренда скутеров (rent4you): день аренды скутера стоит 20 евро, держатель для телефона еще 5 евро. Бензин заливал на BP 4 литра за 150 лир (полный бак 6 литров). Доехали до водопада (красивая лазурная вода), парковались там же на BP около продуктового магазина и до озера (рекомендовали в прокате). Озеро не интересное, посещать не рекомендую, - между прокатом и мигрос есть большой магазин (не помню название), там можно купить все дешевле (например, мыло дешевле на 15 лир чем в мигрос, баклава дешевле на 10 лир чем в рыночных ларьках), - напротив отеля свой песчаный пляж, - закрывается (просят освободить лежаки) в 19.00 (если руководитель приходит проконтролировать работу работника, который занимается лежаками (он должен расставить их по местам, почистить от песка и свернуть зонты), - лежаки бесплатные, довольно удобные, но без матрасов (как в некоторых отелях), - зонты бесплатные, но есть поломанные - стоят просто палки, - лежаки и зонты занимают заранее (люди кладут полотенца), но всегда находятся свободные лежаки, которые можно перенести, - пляж небольшой, есть два душа прямо на пляже и два крана для помывки ног и входа в ресторан отеля (проход на пляж через ресторан), - большое количество надувных кругов и матрасов, оставленных посетителями, можно взять при спуске на пляж (собираются работником пляжа), - в море можно заняться сноркелингом, воды прозрачная (вечером мутная из-за песка), но рыб видели всего пару раз (одну среднего размера серую и такую же желтую, около ограничительных буйков), - за буйками (натянута веревка) ходят катера (развлекательные с ватрушками, бананами, парашютами и так далее), - спуск к морю есть пологий для колясок и со ступеньками, - на спуске от ресторана к морю при отеле есть мини-бар с платными коктейлями по 3,5 евро, свежевыжатым (апельсиновый) соком по 2 евро и кокосами с трубочками по 4 евро (все напитки холодные и относятся на пляж), иногда сотрудник мини-бара сам спускается и предлагает заказать, - при заселении дают карту на полотенце, на выходе из рецепции меняется на пляжное полотенце и до (примерно) 11 часов дня ежедневно их можно менять (при выселении нужно обратно поменять на карту и сдать её на рецепции). 2. Номерной фонд и о нашем номере: - есть просто комнату (Вроде бы называются эконом), - стандартные комнаты (отличаются от эконома наличием балкона, нам досталась на втором этаже), - домики (расположены между бассейном и рестораном). Минусы номеров (Простых, эконом) - может достаться

Eşimle 6 gün konaklama için seçtiğimiz otel, tabiatla tarihin harmanlandığı Side de denize sıfır konumda. Havuzu küçük, fakat plajı o kadar mükemmel ki , gözünüz havuzu hiç görmüyor. Tesis ağaçlar içinde ve adeta kamp tadında Yeni bir otel olmadığı için fiziksel eksiklikleri var, ama personel o kadar sıcak ve içten ki masaların eskiliği sizi rahatsız etmiyor. Yemekleri vasat diyebilirim, yinede her akşam Mangal yakıp gönül alıyorlar. Odalar hergün temizleniyor. Özetle; paranızın karşılığını fazlasıyla veriyorlar. 4 gece konaklamamızdan çok memnun bir şekilde ayrıldık.Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcı,odalar tertemiz,yemekler lezzetli,lokasyon harika.Odalar hergün temizlendi.Fiyat performans olarak en memnun kaldığım otellerden biri oldu.
