The hotel looks great however the level of cleanliness around public areas is not great. A chocolate wrapper was left on the stairs for the whole 10 days I was there also finger nails under sun beds they were also there the whole time. The worst part of the hotel was the lack of sun beds in the sun all day. Other guests would remove your towels or move your towels to other beds. The behaviour of other guests over the sun beds is disgraceful. Hotel security were informed but not much good in solving the problem even tho we showed them evidence of our belongings being moved. Food- the best place to eat is the food court or water world snack bar were the best places to eat. I ate in the Asian a La carte was the worst food I have ever eaten. I had the duck it made me very ill for 3 days after eating it. Bars-good selection of bars and never felt overcrowded Bedrooms- were clean and modern a basic clean was done daily clean towels, make beds and mini bar was stocked up most days Outside hotel- good selection of shops bars and a few restaurants good job as food in main restaurant in evening was not great and just too busy. Maybe 2 buffet restaurants in evening are needed. Pool- good size pool and good selection of slides to keep kids busy I don’t think I would return

The rooms are great. They have great air conditioning and they all have great views. The aqua park is ginormous and they all have great rides, especially the cobra slide. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help. The restaurant is good and they have high quality food. The animation team is great. Keep up the good work!

Hi, i’m not the person who is complaining about the hospital staff in the hotel because I am working in the hotel but this one!! is 5*hotel and I’m completely disappointed. I’m here one week right now every day I need to call and ask for toilet paper every day I need to call and ask for coffee, sugar, and milk today I noticed I can’t even go for shower because there’s no towers, food just terrible most of the stuff doesn’t even speak English very poor communication not nice stuff. I do not recommend this place!!!

Odalar temiz ve ferahtı yemekler fena değildi ama seçenek çoğaltılmalı lazımdı personel güler yüzlü ve çalışkandı havuzu geniş ve aguası çok iyiydi çocuklar için çok fazla seçenek vardı şovlar güzel ve eğlenceliydi aktiviteler güzel ve keyifli geçiyor animasyon ekibine teşekkür ederiz

We just returned from a lovely trip to this hotel where we had a great stay and our 2 young boys absolutely loved it. Special mention to the staff who were so friendly and helpful at all times. Onur and Canas in guest relations were extremely helpful and helped us with all the (daily) questions we had and Adem in the restaurant went out of his way to look after us, and always with a big smile. Would definitely recommend.

We are really excited that we booked Crystal sunset hotel for our family vacation. It is a very beautiful hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. At first we had a little issue with our travel agent but the hotel’s guest relations helped resolve the issue. The staff are very friendly and kind. We had an all inclusive package, which includes breakfast, lunch and dinner with unlimited drinks. The food was really fantastic. We also made use of the spa and as expected, it was a very wonderful experience. We also got free bus shuttle to the beach and there was also free food and drinks there. We also enjoyed the pool and water slide. Whenever I return to Turkey, I would definitely be staying at Crystal sunset hotel. I highly recommend it

Rooms amazing, very comfortable bed, clean 10/10, I would recommend everyone to book, amazing staff.,lobby bar staff especially Baris Mert, Fadine, Lutfyie best bar attender, amazing coctails, 👏 reception staff kubra very smooth check in and check out, vert attentive to all guest, they make customers feel so special, God you all for looking after my family, I would definitely recommend everyone to please book this amazing hotel. Nothing to fault it, 10/10 with all experience.
