Room was disgusting and cold. Got sent to the wrong room the first time and smelled like onions and hard dirty food and dirty floors. Second room had bugs in bathroom and stains on bed and floor. Didn’t even stay afterwards and got refunded

Pool was nice and warm but hot tub wasn’t as hot as most but there were no towels in area so had to request some. Also, our “key” didn’t work very well and we were out on 2nd floor because it looked like there were at least 5 rooms not completely cleaned on 1st floor. Breakfast was good

Cold hotel. Cold showers. Refrigerator missing from room. Hot tub unusable for ages. Key cards not functional. Ice machines broken. Breakfast? Dont count on it. Whoever is giving good reviews for this is lying or paid for false advertising.

We were VERY impressed with this Country Inn & Suites. Room was spacious, clean, convenient, lots of breakfast options.

Staff, food and bed were great. But our room was dirty! Cat litter in the bathroom and some on the floor by the beds. Top blankets were dirty with small yellow mucus type stains, shower curtain as well. Disappointed.

Clerk very helpful. No elevators available. No wi-fi. No place to hang towels in bathroom. Breakfast - so, so. Nothing to write home about.

Hotel check in was smooth, pool and hot tub were great temperatures to enjoy and clean.
Breakfast was as advertised, beds were comfy, Wifi worked, and AC was great.
Bathroom and microwave weren't cleaned very well and some mold above shower but not enough to give bad reviews.

Earwigs (bugs) in the room and On the bed. Staff infromed me there was nothing in terms of reduction in price or money back and that i was stuck paying for full price of the room that I obviously did not want anymore since it was after 6pm.

Upon arrival, No rooms were available!!! Booked in advance. Motel OVERBOOKED and several of us arrived and were pushed out the door. One of workers said she was going to lock the doors and put a sign on the door for the others that had booked rooms to say No
