Cute little hotel, nothing special and a bit far from city center but easily reachable by tuktuk. Matress is a bit hard

From the start of our experience we were warmly greeted by hotel staff and Chan was very helpful in booking activities for us and suggested fun things to do in town. Chen checked in with us daily to see how our stay is going and was just very warm and welcoming. We were able to book massages directly to our room at any time and the food and drinks on the property were delicious. I would highly recommend this place to all my friends and family, it was our little oasis.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights (Banana Suite). It was all impeccable. The personnel is really helpful, polite and in a good mood. The food was delicious and everything was clean (room, pool, ...). Shoutout to Dchen (sorry if I mispelled that ), who was in charge when we arrived. Also many thanks to Per, the tuk-tuk driver. Pleasure to meet him! I definitely recommend the hotel! 5 out of 5 every day

The staff were exceptional and so friendly, and offered a cold towel and complementary fruit platter on arrival. The room and hotel itself were also beautiful. They provide a free tuk tuk service to the town centre between 6pm-9pm which is great for going out for dinner, and you can easily arrange for a driver/ tour around Angkor Wat through the hotel. All the drivers were great but a special shoutout to Mr Sarath who made our stay at the Nature and visit to Angkor Wat 10/10. Would highly recommend the Nature to anyone staying in Siem Reap!

The Nature was a lovely oasis from the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap. It was peaceful snd the staff were very friendly and helpful. In particular, Yin and Chan were very welcoming with great English. They were great in helping us explore the temples the way we wanted and organised some very safe and helpful drivers. Sum took us everywhere in his tuk tuk and Ra’ul drove us very safely around and shared lots of interesting information about Siem Reap. We also loved the fact that they had a cat.

The most helpful, friendly, welcoming and lovely staff. It's truly a gorgeous place, and they make you so comfortable. The pool is kept immaculate, they have great food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Wifi worked great. They have great info about the area and will arrange drivers for you to town. It was exceptional and we are sad to leave

It is great value for the money but more importantly it's beautiful with exceptional staff! We love the style, the large bright rooms, the cold towels etc lots of perks and pampering! it finally feels like you are getting that luxury experience without having to pay thousands of euros a night for nothing. We booked our tour from the hotel, our tour guide, Thearith was very polite and professional, he shared valuable information about his country, his culture and community lifestyle. He was completed all our itinerary in the our map of temples. Mr. Sopheak tuk tuk driver who was always taking care of us to make sure we are hydrated and fresh after the temples visited. Would highly recommend to stay here and asking for Mr. Thearith for your tour guide of temples.

This place has about 15 rooms on 3 levels overlooking an infinity pool. We had a family room to accommodate for 4 people comfortably. Rooms have a safe and all other standard room amenities. The reception and dining room with first floor terrace surrounded by tropical trees make you fill like you're among nature, something not found if one stays in the centre of town. It provides a calming and restful ambience and a great place to have breakfast or lunch. Staff is very welcoming and very helpful. The day manager waited for us to come down for dinner to say goodbye before he went home as we had an early departure the next day. House staff also very friendly, happy to help book restaurants etc in town for you. This place is not in the centre of town but we preferred the quieter feel. At the time of our stay, the hotel was offering free tuk tuk to town 6-9pm but we had to pay for the return leg. Very cheap anyway and it's a very cool (literally) way to get to town for dinner in 5-10mins. We really enjoyed our stay here and thoroughly recommend this place if you're not after the hustle and bustle of the centre of town.

Wow!!! The Nature is the best place I could have imagined staying in during our week in Siem Reap. The place itself, adorned in reclaimed wood, is an aesthetic masterpiece of bohemian minimalism. Everything unifies both function and aesthetic. (The pool is delightful.) It's simply a beautiful and rejuvenating place in which to wake. The manager, Veasna is fantastic! And this makes a big difference. You can arrange all your activities directly with him. (This includes touring Ankor Wat and nearby temples, in-room massages, and rides to explore the city's nightlife and fare [on that count, The Embassy restaurant, with its modern take on khmer cuisine, should not be missed].) And I'd highly recommend doing things through Veasna, if you like, as it makes everything smoother and easier and lets you focus on the experience. The crew of drivers and tour guides who work with The Nature, vetted by Veasna, are very good. All were honest, dependable, and professional. Our consistent tuk-tuk driver, Nhat, took great care of us. Our tour guide, Thay, was calm, knowledgable, and absolutely hilarious. Thoy, the rickshaw driver, gave us a lovely trip through the nearby mountain forests and temples. This is that rare perfect place to anchor your adventures.
