Great hotel, clean, opulent decor, staff are very professional and always happy to help. I cannot fault the hotel. Breakfast is basic, but we stayed at 3 hotels in siem reap and this had the best breakfast. Mrs Taing at reception was a real delight to deal with, fluent english, great customer service and very professional. If i come back to siem reap i would stay here. Thank you Mrs Taing and prince team.

Very nice hotel, great location! Pool is nice, rooms are comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful. They make your guests/friends sign in, which is a bit annoying but I think pretty standard in Siem Reap.

Service was nice, room was clean. No any complains.
Breakfast offered us a variety kinds of foods.
The location of this is convenient, you can walk to pub street and old market within 10 minutes. Tuktuks were waiting anytime in front of the hotel. Also Angkor wat is just 15 minutes by car. I can recommend this hotel to stay in Siem Reap.

Excellent Hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food and cocktails are magnificent. The biggest salt swimming pool in the city. Management is also exceptionally good.

Best location in town. Good service, big swimming pool and you can relax by with pool bar and can order more drink and food.
Good breakfast, Big room and I got a nice view of pool from my room. A few supermarkets and marts around.
