Everything is good, some information about their restaurants or bars opening hours should be update on their website; otherwise you would see a very upsetting waiters or waitress, no complimentary bottle ofwater in hotel room, which is quite strange... otherwise everything is fine.

Excelente la estancia en todos los aspectos: - el servicio espectacular, continuamente atentando y servicial - la terraza al aire libre para tomar algo de aire-ski con vista inmejorables y muy buena carta - Muchas zonas muy bien puestas y con mucho encanto para entre horas. - El desayuno muy completo y de buena calidad - Las habitaciones con buena climatización y no les faltaba ningún detalle - Utilizamos el servicio de masaje deportivo que se ofrecía y fue francamente bueno y profesional. - La unica cosa que se podría poner como pega es que no esta a una distancia razonable para andar hasta pradollano, pero lo suplen con un magnifico servicio de transfer y con la silla en la puerta del hotel que te baja muy rápido. - Ademas, se puede salir y entrar esquiando desde la misma puerta del hotel.

Todos los servicios del hotel perfectos, los trabajadores muy amables y serviciales, el servicio de transfer comodisimo.

We called a day before and we were told the the ski in/ski out was available but when when we arrived it wasn’t. Ski passes were meant to be available at the hotel but they were not. They told us we could take the ski lift to get the passes in the centre but we would have to pay additional costs as we don’t have the pass. They also said we could take a free shuttle taxi offered by the hotel, however the wait would be 45 minutes. That evening we decided to have dinner at the hotel. The buffet offered was subpar, with most food not tasting fresh or good. Food that was ordered also tasted bad and was quite expensive for the small portion given. All the rooms were incredibly hot and had no air conditioning. We complained about this but the rooms stayed the same temperature throughout our stay. When we wanted to use the spa, we were told it was not inclusive and we would have to pay 30 euro for one person for 1 hour. Nowhere on their website did it say this. We complained to the reception and asked why this information wasn’t on the website. His reply was “It is always like this in Spain. All 5 star hotels I have worked in don’t have the spa included. If you don’t want to pay for the Spa you don’t go. I don’t see what the issue is.” We were quite shocked by this response. We called another 5 star hotel in Sierra Nevada and the spa was of course offered for free. Overall, this is was an awful experience. I’m only giving this hotel 2 stars because the rooms were clean. It is not worth the money whatsoever, you should look at staying at some 2 or 3 star hotels as you will have a better experience there.

Hotel which is old and crying for investment . But worse was he service specially from duty manager and reception . They have found with experience how o pass complaints from one staff to another . Sent an e mail to hotel manager no reply not even acknowledgment that they are dealing with the issue .

Great stay - near the end of season, warmer evenings - really enjoyed 4 nights in the hotel, area and slopes. Ski and equipment hire right next door. Then choice of jumping straight on ski lift next to hotel or skiing directly onto slope. Really impressed and will return for sure

Great views from winter bar outdoor terrace, staff in restaurant were outstanding Lorena in particular had amazing guest service skills, fantastic language skills and made us feel very welcome and well looked after. Good choice set meal with fish, meat, vegan and veggie options really lovely choice and quality. Different choices each day. Very small spa with a 30 Euro charge, small gym and very poor internet connection which management are working on . Chair lift to main square right beside hotel and overall very pleasant stay .

Lovely ski hotel with a great atmosphere and quality and also family friendly too if you have young children. Very convenient for skiers to get straight on/off the piste too. We will definitely return!

The employees of the parking lot stole money from my car. We are talking about the garage guarded by a 5-star hotel. The hotel employees had the keys all the time. When I reported this, they said that it was not shown.administration of hotel that this fact can’t to be demonstrated .we talk about 5 stars hotel.
